Good location, not great amenities We were told when we called and from online info we would have access to the pool and hot tub at the hotel next door.When we arrived we were told that was not an option. Hotel could use a remodel. The elevator is old and dingy. Rooms on elevator side feel dark especially near elevator. No breakfast included. We waited so long for food at the restaurant next door that we left without eating. The location was the best feature and the actual room was fine. Comfortable and clean, but not modern or upscale.

Pleasantly Surprised The price was ridiculous but it was a popular weekend in Healdsburg. The grounds were a little tired but the lobby and room was very nice. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I'd pick a Best Western again.

Disappointing We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and previously loved it. We expected it to be the same and thought we had reserved a room in the Tuscany section where we have previously stayed. Upon arrival, when questioned, we were informed that that section had been sold to HIlton and that all the amenities associated with that section were not available to us ( upscale room, zaccuzi, pool, breakfast, lounge. with fire pits..). The only upside was the Hilton had a free wine tasting we could take part in,

Dark and I didn't like the experiene I arrived at 1430 hrs and was told to check into the room, which was ready, I would have to pay $40 extra or join the Best Western Club - what a scam. This hotel was $622 for 2 nights. No breakfast; they charge for parking and this hotel is not in a urban area - it's stand alone. The room was behind the stair well and so dark even with the lights on. At night there were shutters but closed the light from the walkway still entered the room. I didn't rate the service as I had no room service, my choice as the room was fine.

good deal for a pricey region We have stayed at this location several times. It is a no frills solid choice for a budget conscience traveler. The location is close to wineries and town . The staff was very friendly. The rooms are a bit dated, but totally fine.
