Good spot but need to work on staffing This hotel is all about location. You are literally right on the plaza and can walk everywhere. It has a pretty and relaxing lobby, rooms are nice with solid amenities and a decent pool. I am giving it four stars because they market and include their free breakfast as part of their offering. We stayed here on a weekend in August and the breakfast was a disaster. We waited forever for our server who was busy and frazzled. We never got the water we requested and the people next to us had to get up and get their own juice. The waitress was rude and couldn’t handle the crowd. If you are going to offer this you need to staff for it - especially on a Sunday morning! We had to skip ordering breakfast because they couldn’t manage the crowd and so did the group of women next to us.

Best choice for Healdsburg. Excellent hotel. Great location. Right in the main square. Not noisy. Good size rooms. Super clean. Good size modern bathroom. Walk in shower.separate bath tub. Nice little extras in room. Coffee machine and a few free snacks. Helpful staff. Knowledgeable concierge. Has a pool. Free valet parking.

Great hotel with a great location! Loved everything about this hotel! Location; walking distance to everything in town. Amenities; had everything we needed including continental breakfast that was more than typical continental breakfast. Staff; friendly and accomodating.

Celebrating our anniversary and such a fun romantic place We try to visit 1 to 2 times a year!!! It’s hard to get away but when we do we really enjoy this place!!! Not only do we enjoy our hotel experience we love Healdsburg and all the walking around and biking you can do!!!
