Stay away from this place. Aug 8 - Aug 9 The first room we reserved the toilet did not work, and smelled horrible they gave me another room and it had roaches and smelled horrible. When I complained at the front desk the second time the lady went too the second room with the roaches and actually brought a dead one down in her hand and said it's not a roache but some other bug. Did not stay got another hotel, 25 minutes away in Evansville.

Don't do it. Boutique is laughable. My room was nasty and things were falling apart. The bed had to have been 20 years old it was so saggy. Don't even think about the breakfast. Only nice thing is the tv in the room. Seriously, pay more and stay somewhere better.

Rooms was clean and friendly very quiet I would recommend to anyone coming from out of town to get a room and stay Tricia was very helpful and friendly always gets me in my room fast the place is always clean great at her job your close to all the restaurants never an issue the rooms are spacious and quite check in is very smooth been going here for years……..

Peaceful and much needed Very nice beautiful clean rooms and at great price! Loved scenery of decor in rooms. And very happy that it was clean and smelled nice. The customer service was excellent and glad to stay at an affordable price hotel that served breakfast. Definitely would come back and refer a friend's and family

I have stayed here for over 20 years. The room upgrades are awesome. The staff is extremely friendly and it's the best value for lodging in Henderson Kentucky. From The huge TVs in the rooms, to the upgraded bathrooms with walk-in showers and the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on in a hotel this property is exceptional value
