Outdated and not worth it. The exterior is the most impressive thing about this hotel. Once you get inside and past the lobby area, you’ll find that the rooms, elevator, and hallways are outdated and not clean. I could live with the outdated part, but cleanliness is a must, particularly in today’s world. The carpet was stained, both of our rooms had a general musty/old smoke odor, and the pillowcases were discolored to the point that they looked yellow next to the sheets. I expected a Westin feel and environment and was completely underwhelmed. I’d suggest looking elsewhere in Henderson, especially at this price point.

Excellent service in a relaxed atmosphere. 5 star plus service makes it worthwhile to drive 30 minutes from the strip. An incredible menu with an outstanding Japanese chef. Lamb chops to die for. Absolutely first class. The most relaxing hotel in Las Vegas. A favorite of mine. Easy-to-use self parking area and great service by the valet parking staff. Great views of the lake from most rooms . A very nice swimming pool area and a terrific outdoor seating area with fire pits overlooking the lake.

Should Not be Hosting Events or Open Full Capacity! Where do I begin? We arrived at 4:05 pm to check-in and waited in line for 45 minutes to be told that they had no rooms available. We were told we'd receive a call or text when it was ready and that we'd have to get back in line to get a key. How ridiculous is that when we've already stood in line? MInd you the line doubled by 5:30pm. By 7:30 we had not received a call or text and got back in line. We finally got a key at 9:03 pm with tired children! in tow! Not only are they understaffed, but they do not have enough washcloths available! My room came with 1 washcloth and they said they couldn't give me another during my stay. How are you hosting a basketball tournament with not enough supplies for people to clean themselves? At the very least they should have notified guests ahead of time to prepare themselves prior to traveling. This hotel should not be open at full capacity nor should it be hosting events at this time. I will never stay here again.

Hotel GM needs to be fired 2 hours to check in because they booked a basketball tournament and only had 3 stations opened to check people in. Waited another 30 minutes because my room wasn’t ready. Poor staff doesn’t get any support from management. Beautiful property but management doesn’t care about front line staff or customers.

Should Not Be Open While I understand that COVID has put pressures on hotels, this hotel should not be trying to operate with such a limited staff. It feels even less safe because restaurants are extremely crowded, the line to check in today was over an hour, and there is no valet service when checking in. So you have to walk 10 min from parking lot to your car in 100 degree weather. Rarely have I seen such poor customer service in a hotel of this size. The staff tries to be nice, but they are clearly not well trained for their jobs. You are better off going to a motel.
