Great place to stay! Waverly Inn is a really nice and quaint inn conveniently located in downtown Hendersonville. The staff were wonderful and very helpful as well as accommodating. We enjoyed the Social Hour and the breakfasts were very good too! We will be back.

Loved it! My husband and I stayed two nights and were very pleased with the experience. Our first stay at a B&B! The house was quaint, clean, and perfectly located close to downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. My husband surprised me by scheduling a massage. It was an awesome massage and definitely would recommend her! We loved our visit and see us going back to the Waverly again!

Warm and inviting Inn!! Exceptional Inn! The owner was so welcoming with many dinner suggestions at local walkable spots. The cocktail hour was lovely and we chatted with many other guests who were repeat visitors, always a good sign! The made or order breakfast was over the top, so good! The Inn itself was just beautiful with beautiful porches to rock on. Our room was awesome with a beautiful 4 poster bed, including step stool to climb up on! The recently upgraded bathroom was nicely done. Look forward to returning to explore the quaint town.

An Excellent Inn Offering Substantial Vegan Choices This is a lovely, historic Inn, with all the eccentricities of a late 19th-century building. The boards creak, the furniture is substantial, the smell is pleasantly historical, but the accommodations are thoroughly modern, not unlike many older European buildings that have been converted for modern travelers. Throughout our stay of 4 days, we were constantly aware of the Inn's history. It was built in the year that Hawaii was annexed by the US. But the real strength of the inn is its staff, which is young, energetic, and thoroughly pleasant and agreeable. I am vegan and my wife eats mostly vegan so finding accommodations that provide food that we eat is challenging. Most places will offer toast, a fruit cup and, maybe, oatmeal as vegan fare. We were pleasantly surprised when the owner offered to provide us with substantial vegan choices. One morning we had vegan French toast (with egg substitute), vegan sausage, and a fruit cup. Another morning, we had vegan scrambled eggs, vegan sausage, and hashbrowns with onions and peppers. We have been vegan for over 15 years and this is by far the most vegan variety that we have been offered in a B&B or Inn. We recommend the Waverly Inn for those who enjoy the B&B experience, but we especially recommend the Waverly Inn for those who eat vegan and want better options in the breakfast fare.
