A+ Staff The staff here go above and beyond to meet guests' needs. They are hard working and truly care about the guest experience. The location is convenient near the airport with free shuttles leaving every 30 minutes. The room is comfortable with a lot of space.

Easy, Nice Dulles Airport Stay Easy location for quick airport stay. Easy check-in and room was big and comfortable. Had dinner at the restaurant. Loved how the staff was really casual yet professional and quick. Parking is a bit confusing but front desk explained it. Hotel airport shuttle if needed on a set schedule.

Amazing Service We were stuck in DC as a result of the fire at Heathrow. The service we received at Hyatt Regency Dulles was outstanding and really helped during a tough situation. Leisy, in particular, went above and beyond and could not have been kinder! Thank you!

Terrible experience Terrible experience! They were hateful at checking in. We had to put 100 dollar deposit on hold in our account. No one told us this. Then they were charging 15 dollar fee a Day to park. Breakfast bar was not good. Basic hotel food. 22 a person not worth it. Pool was old same for hot tub. The outside was cheaply set up and dishes and trash outside. We tried to tell them we were not told about hold on 100 dollars they said it was a courtsey for us and it was our job to double check that. We did nothing on there website about it. Toilets loud and no one helpful. The breakfast employees were kind but everyone else was not. I will never stay at a Hyatt hotel again. Ridiculous!

Great emergency stop - lovely staff I had an emergency stop here when Heathrow shut down - I rocked up at 4am, but early check in didn’t start until 10am. They very kindly gave me a free breakfast token until then to pass the time - Ana in the restaurant was lovely and friendly, and ensured I was well looked after and topped up with lots of coffee.
