Not sure why I was quite disappointed, my family came to Hershey to enjoy the day and we felt we should do our usual Christmas stop , my 3 year old went into the lobby to ask for a chocolate bar and the response was “where are your parents, ask them to buy you some”…. Really? , we were very taken aback by this comment. Kind of surprised actually. We had such an amazing experience at this hotel this summer and to do that to a child? He didn’t know any better, he is 3?!? Of course we bought him a bar but come on, no reason to be rude to a 3 year old like that

Never Disappoints This hotel is top notch. I have been here a few times over the years and each time I’ve been, I have never been disappointed. The hotel grounds are well kept, the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. There is a small bar and two restaurants onsite (I’ll review those separately: FYI one is outside in a separate building). They also have a well known spa onsite that I will also review separately. The bedroom was spacious and clean. It had a mini fridge and single pot coffee maker. It is located near all the Hershey attractions including: Hershey gardens, Hershey amusement park and the outlets for shopping. This hotel is a bit expensive but I highly recommend it.

Great holiday trip The staff were excellent. They were all friendly and provided great service. Hotel has lots of historic charm and many amenities including a shuttle to Hershey park. Food was good with a great breakfast buffet in the main restaurant. Very convent to Hershey activities.

One hiccup with our stay It was a beautiful experience. The people r top notch- anything we need they accommodate. Kind, consistent, attentive to our needs. The spa was exceptional . Only downfall- the maid knocked on our door at 850pm, proceeded to let herself in after 3 knocks on the door. Very much upset me. We were in bed already.

Great Experience The Pillows are amazing. I had a Great nights sleep each night and the staff and quality of the facilities are OUTSTANDING! The housekeeping is good and the food on premises is excellent. I always enjoy the the Hotel Hershey when I come and could not be happier with the experiences I have when I stay here.
