Perfect cozy and quite place. Well kept and cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Loved the location and vibes. Over the qualification of similar properties. Staff is doing everything to accommodate everyone's need, one way or another. Awesome job staff. WIFI was strong. Breakfast was outstanding, specially the waffles.... Yyuummmmmm.

Different Hotel / Deficient Experience Location is no longer labeled as a Baymont but rather it's named Seasons Inn & Suites. Appears that there are new owners and/or management, since this hotel isn't under the Wyndham hotels umbrella. Hotel and room were in need of some maintenance and upkeep. Nothing in our room was broken, but a lot of the furniture and fixtures were banged up and dusty/dirty. Room needed a good scrubbing and some fresh paint. Hotel also had a poignant smell throughout, which was rather unpleasant. Service ranged from mediocre to poor. Check-in process was slow but adequate. However, when we needed to get bedding for the room, staff seemed confused and reluctant to assist. Worst experience by far was having housekeeping trying to enter our room at 8am, while most of the family were still waking up (and hours away from checkout). Breakfast provided was pretty substandard as well. Not many choices available, which is understandable for a free hotel breakfast. Quality of food was pretty low as well, though. Tried to get a cup of apple juice, and there were black splotches coming out of the machine. For the price of the reservation, I would have expected better quality of stay; either a nicer room and/or better service.

Go Somewhere Else The location was the best thing about this hotel. Went to Highland for a wedding and extremely disappointed with this hotel. Several guests (including myself) made reservations and never received confirmation. After calling we were told we didn’t have reservations. The hotel hallways and rooms smell horrible. Several of the guest from the wedding had faucets that didn't work, flooding all over the floor, toilet seats that weren’t on and no shades on any of the lamps. Upon arrival, I had 4 reservations with mine on the invoice I was asked to sign. So I was never confident what I was paying for. Although the staff was nice, it did not make up for the quality of rooms. We were told management recently changed. Would never stay here again. Highly recommend to go somewhere else even if it’s an extra drive until changes are made.

New Manager and staff is amazing!! I stay here few times a year for work and it is always a pleasure. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable. The restaurant is convenient and the food is excellent! There new locks are amazing and haven’t see anything like that at Marriott or Hilton stays I had for so many years. Quality and service remain outstanding!

Very Accommodating, Large Rooms, Clean and fun!!!! The only and best place to stay in Higland IL!!!! I've practically lived in this hotel for the past year, so I feel well qualified to give a thorough review. This is the nicest hotel in Higland. The Rooms are large and clean. This was our first trip staying at Seasons Inn. It was absolutely wonderful. This hotel was like a 1-bedroom apartment. Staff was accommodating and very helpful. Great Stay and great job! New management doing wonderful job with the hotel. We will be back soon.!
