Stay aways This Is the worst hotel staff I have ever met. My wife and I booked this hotel because of the fact they have a pool. After check in. We headed for The pool only to find four young boys, each with a large round float taking turns throwing them the length of the pool. I spoke to front desk clerk and her reply was that it was allowed because they live here. The next day I spoke to manager and she also said the large floats were allowed and there was nothing she would do. We checked out and went to another local hotel. Never again will I stay at any of there brands in the future.

Great Stay! We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the hospital. Great hotel staff from the front desk, to housekeeping and maintenance. Special thanks to Ikell who was super helpful during our stay. Breakfast was great and the rooms slept well. I recommend this hotel.

Poor Management If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My daughter and grandson had a tournament so I booked the room for them. I found that she had already made accommodations. I made the reservation at 10:10 pm and cancelled at 10:20 pm. They refused a refund. This is just poor, poor business practice on the part of management. Reflects on whole organization. Read all reviews before booking this hotel.

good visit Folks were traveling down to Florida and love this location for the previous stays and secluded location. Beds felt super comfortable, clean, and good breakfast. I was curious why one elevator was not working but didn't bother to ask. Folks loved the hotel with modern amenities and I usually stay as a halfway point between Atlanta and New York-keep doing what you're doing. Good times!

DIRTY, UNKEPT, NO TV We have bern staying at HI Express Hotels for a while, they tend to be clean, fairly priced. However, this hotel was a nightmare. No TV remote control in room, called front desk, TV was broken. Stains on the room carpet, elevator rug dirty and smelly, ni working hand sanitizing machines by elevators…. DESPITE THE FACT THEY USE THE PANDEMIC EXCUSE FOR NO BED AND ROOM CLEANING SERVICE. This is end of year 2022!!!! The cleaning storage room door on the 2nd floor was permanently open to reveal lack of sanitation, dirty floors and smelly mops. Mildew in shower, unmaintained state of the room in general. Go somewhere else, staff and manager were dismisive and defensive towards our complaint asking for a courtesy refund or anything that would at least show some customer care.
