HORRIBLE Not only was it dirty and smelled like Mary Jane in the lobby. We went upstairs and the room was ok but we had a guy come to our door at 2:30 and try to get in. He knocked and messed with the door handle. He tried to get in. The phone in the room did not work so I had to find the front desk number online. The front desk guy said they would check. I told him I wanted to call the cops. He said no. Please don’t. Not a great experience at all.

Horrible experience Was booked on Booking.com. In the contract it clearly states breakfast is included at that price. We would told the don't do that anymore, “its a corporate thing”. Room did not have any soap or utensils. Shower had mold growing on the tub and fixtures falling off the wall. Booking.com said hotel should be refunding me because I was not offered what was in the contract. NEVER STAY HERE!

You get what you pay for I made the mistake of having a long reservation. I saw several cockroaches in my room. The building, A/C units, and fixtures are very old. The building smells like mold(?). A few Saturdays ago, somebody pulled the fire alarm... at 4am. Last night (September 11th) at 2am! the police entered the building and started banging on all of the doors aggressively. I think they were looking for a suspect. Last week the internet went out for 5-6 hours, so I couldn't work. I called the internet support and they said they had a site issue so the entire building didn't have internet for this time. I already changed rooms twice. Once because there was a puddle on the carpet below the a/c unit. The second time was because of the cockroaches. The room that I'm now is somewhat cleaner but the window doesn't have a screen. I didn't realize this until these massive flies entered the room. About half the size of a golf ball. I prefer to open the windows because the A/C units are very dirty and I'm sure the air quality is bad. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff seems nice. But they're too short-staffed. I see them cleaning, but if you force people to pay for housekeeping and staff only clean the common areas once a week, then of course you'll get a moldy-smelling roach building. The front desk is rarely attended again because they're so short-staffed. I understand this isn't the Four Seasons and I don't like complaining. But nighttime disturbances put it over the top. At least let me sleep. But I can't do that consistently. It's not the staff's fault. If the police are chasing criminals then they should help the police however they can. Maybe this is a result of the building being in a bad neighborhood. If you want to avoid a nightmare experience I recommend you pay the extra few dollars for a better location and peace of mind. This upset me so much that I went out of my way to create an account to make this review.

No. Look elsewhere. Many maintenance issues (sticky floors stained carpet and walls), dirty door near door handle, shower pull for on broken, AC was very loud. Look elsewhere. The ratings online are incorrect and do not reflect the many, many issues.

Comfortable, clean, safe stay Good customer service, got an early check in after a long drive. Comfortable, quiet, friendly staff. My cat was safe and welcome here, it was a nice neighborhood with a Target, Panera Bread, other familiar stores. The hotel has vending machines, well stocked with many options, even ice cream. The grab and go breakfast was good, I would sometimes take oatmeal packets. I was glad I stayed here -- I'm still here, but I've been here three weeks.
