Inquire about Renovations Before Booking I am currently staying in Building C at the resort. We rented our unit on the 1st floor from VRBO for 5 nights. It was not relayed to us that a unit on our floor was being renovated. Between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., we are hearing hammering, a router, and other work related noise. If you have small children that need to nap, it will be impossible.

Awesome mid island resort! Best on the island We stayed in two different villas over the last few years B332 ocean front and B12 two bedroom two bath. Both villas were absolutely gorgeous. The resort is wonderful, well kept, wonderful beaches, beach bar is great, pools are great, security is awesome. Can’t say enough bout this fabulous mid island beachfront resort!!!!

Best Vacation! Amazing Resort! Between security, private beaches, the restaurants on the resort, pools, just everything about HHI Beach and Tennis Resort is beyond amazing! I feel like you couldn’t not have a family vacation in a safer nor better place and environment!

Management has no idea what they doing. We arrived here with our families and brought our e-bikes with us for July 4th week. On 2nd day of our arrival, had security knocking on our door telling us to get rid of our e-bikes. Our e-bikes have the option to be used as regular bikes (without power assist), and the security (supposedly E-bike experts) still persisted for us to move them while everyone else can ride bikes around with family. We asked how are we supposed to get rid of them, and the answer we got is to lock them outside the premises. We cannot do that as they can be easily stolen. We have been coming here with our families for last 10+ years, never caused any trouble and now security is treating us like we’re just a number. If you want your family vacation ruined over some small change that was made after our booking, feel free to book at HHI beach and tennis.

Nice Stay Would Return We stayed in beach from condo well a side view but nice Condo was simple one bedroom but clean and nice had everything we needed Resort was safe and quiet plenty parking Staff was all nice Pool area clean and plenty chairs Pool bars very nice drinks good Overall great stay
