Summer Holiday The Omni Hilton Head is our favourite hotel when staying on Hilton Head Island. This is our 4th stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. The hotel rooms have recently been refurbished, and absolutely gorgeous. Prior stays have always been tops. The staff are always super nice and courteous. Cleaning of room is always done in a timeously manner. Food/beverage first class. Beach is spectacular. Family friendly - which has always been a huge draw for us. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Not a great Omni stay We stayed at Omni HH 2 years ago and it was fantastic. In July of 2024, the week long trip was not great. The “luxury suite” was not worth 1/3 of the price we paid- it was dirty and rundown- didn’t love that all sliding doors faced the restaurant- zero privacy so don’t recommend first floor corner. The trash cans were constantly full in every space- attracting flies and never emptied. Sports bar XO service was so bad we walked out before ordering. HH Prime was not good- we are most meals offsite. The resort is so understaffed the service is poor everywhere. Twice some random service guy walked in our room- so shady There were never clean towels at the pools- so we got towels from our room. Maybe the resort is under new management but it was really poor overall.

Beautiful hotel! Wonderful vacation! Beautifully renovated hotel! Spacious rooms! Immaculately clean! Wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Pool was easy. Beach access and rentals were also easy. Great food and drinks on property, and great proximity to grocery store, restaurants and shopping.

Best Place in HHI! I felt like I was in Mexico, everything was perfect. Each time we left the resort we ended up wanting to come back immediately. Will stay here every time. Rooms were huge, service was great, and location is EVERYTHING.
