Overnight stay Not the friendliest. We got there early in the morning. Couldn’t check in until 4pm. Had to see if we were at least able to have towels as they didn’t offer anything for us. Rooms. We’re clean. Very expensive for not being able to check in late and out early.

Our Summer Vacation Usually when you book a room at a hotel the rooms never look like the pictures. This room looked exactly like the pictures. It's clean, up to date and I was pleasantly surprised. The bathroom had enough linens for us. That usually isn't the case. The kitchen area well stocked. The carpet was clean. We got a studio accomodations and we had plenty of room. The pool area was clean, nice and had plenty of umbrellas for anyone who needed one, plus tons of loungers. The lobby was nice and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely stay here again. The price was also very reasonable.

Find another hotel The beds were so had that it felt as if we were sleeping on the floor. The hallway smelt like Marijuana so strongly that it made me sick to my stomach. The customer service from a few staff at the front desk we horrible. The only good thing at this hotel was the pool.

Awesome I really enjoyed my stay at Palmera. Guest services was awesome and even though house keeping was different because of the pandemic, they were still helping and kept the property clean and neat. I hope to visit again.

Happy Camper Nice rooms with friendly staff. Decent location to food grocery store and beaches. Good atmosphere for kids. The free breakfast was a plus. Pool area appeared clean. Unfortunately jacuzzi was not working overall good experience
