THE INN AT HARBOUR TOWN

Sanctuary destination The Inn & Club at Harbour Town was exceptional. From check-in to check-out, we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The staff were friendly and professional. The property was inviting and relaxing. A short walk to Harbour Town and an easy drive to the Beach Club, we could not have asked for more. A must stay for a long weekend or just to relax and unwind (or take in a round or two of golf).

Amazing I would have to say Nagisa was perhaps the most helpful person I’ve met in my life. She was able to answer all my questions and made my stay very enjoyable. She was able to recommend places nearby which were excellent to dine in. 10/10 would stay again.

Beautiful Hilton Head Excellent service, excellent sports facilities. room service especially cleaning was excellent. golf courses are beautiful and of course the Hilton head as an island is very pretty and full of natural beauty. we had more fun than savannah.

Great service at the inn and club at Harbour Town We had a great time at the Inn. Customer service was outstanding, as they knew our names for each interaction and reacted quickly to any request we had. Their main pool is salt water which we much prefer to chlorine. Most time we had the pool to ourselves as the Inn has less than 60 rooms/suites. If playing golf at Harbour Town the course is steps away. Our suite 227 actually overlooked the 1st tee. The Links restaurant at the clubhouse was great for breakfast I would stay away from Quarterdeck, down near the marina. While the view was outstanding it was chaotic and very loud with kids. The only suggestion I would make is they need a restroom outside at the pool so you don’t need to come inside in your wet swimsuit.

BEST STAFF EVER! Not even sure where to begin... the staff here is incredible! We were in Sea Pines for a wedding and my friend, Abby lost her phone, and we were trying to find it the next morning. After tracking it, the location said it was Bluffton, SC and that was 30 minutes away from us. We were stranded and had no idea where to go until I saw the Sea Pines shuttle and asked the driver (Grady) if he could give us a ride to our place even though we weren't staying at the Inn. He said he was going that way anyway, and to hop in! While in the shuttle we let him know our situation and he immediately called Julie (the general manager) to try to see how they could get the phone back to us. He then dropped us off at this gorgeous place and Julie called one of her friends that lives in Bluffton to see if they could go to my friend's phone location. While we waited for them to get there, Julie brought us a bottle of champagne (which definitely took the edge off) and we sat on the rocking chairs overlooking the golf course. Julie's friend was able to see that the phone was in the back seat of the uber who took us home. We were so relieved that someone didn't steal it and Abby had just left it in the car. Julie and Brady went above and beyond to try and help us, and we are forever grateful for such great hospitality! Next time I come I am 100% staying at this place. The staff here is wonderful and definitely made our trip one to remember.
