Okay It is a bit far from downtown Holland so you will need a car. It is located in a plaza - next to AMC theatre, "Dutch Village" and an antique store. Staff friendly. Breakfast was "ok". they give scrambled eggs, potato wedges, sausage or cut up bacon. Also has make your own pancakes and various breads It was relatively quiet. They had a leak from the ceiling so foyer has a bucket collecting water. The hallways do not have AC so a bit hot. Our room had a sticky area on the carpet which was annoying. Hope they clean. They do not clean the rooms which is a bit annoying. You had to go down to ask for towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Internet was so-so. Would have preferred that it was faster. Room was average. Easy to get on highway from this location

Overnight stay I was a bit dubious about the first-floor room, but it was okay. It was noisy at night because of the traffic and large trucks in the parking lot. I recommend the higher floor facing the front of the hotel. The staff was helpful. I did not eat breakfast. Room value was good. Wifi was good, and the bed was comfortable.

Don't waste your money I am extremely disappointed with my stay at the Country Inn & Suites. The hotel did not match the description or photos in the advertisement. The room we were given was in poor condition and had a strong odor reminiscent of a combination of a kennel and mold, which triggered allergies. When I requested to be moved to a different room, I was told that all rooms were the same. Although the staff mentioned offering a different room and extending 16,000 Choice Points to my account, neither of these actions were taken. The exterior and interior of the hotel were outdated and run down. There was molded and missing siding, old garbage and pots thrown on the side of the front entry porch, as well as dead hanging baskets and neglected landscaping. The bathtub had a mat that looked like it had been there for 20 years and was filthy. The mattress was extremely worn out and uncomfortable. Another guest at the front desk was upset because bird feces was blowing directly into their room through the air vent. This was unacceptable.

Best Hotel Value in Holland This hotel is very reasonably priced, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and gracious, and the breakfast is great. I have stayed at other places in Holland and can assure you that this is the hotel you want to stay at if you want to have a great experience at a reasonable price.

DO NOT FORGET ANYTHING IN THE ROOM. THEY WILL KEEP IT AND CLAIM THEY DIDN'T FIND IT. We have stayed here many times and never had a problem till now. I forgot a bluetooth with the charger plugged to the wall. A few minutes after checking out, I called and told the front desk girl I was going back to get it. When I got there, she went to check the room and said nothing was there and of course, house keeping did not find it. I LEFT THAT BLUETOOTH THERE AND SOMEONE THAT WENT IN THAT ROOM AFTER I CHECKED OUT KEPT IT AND SAID NEVER SAW IT.
