A great place to stay in Holly Springs We selected this location because it was closest to Daniel Dhar Skate Complex. But so glad we did. This hotel was convenient to that skate park and Apex skate park, many options for restaurants and shopping, easy to navigate between locations, and a lot more. Hotel was very clean, breakfast area very nice, all staff we encountered really nice. Sleep quality was great! We really can't say anything negative. There were a few minor hick-ups in the room we reported to front desk when we checked out, but really - there is no reason not to stay here.

Bugs and yellow pillows I stayed at the hotel shortly after it opened and it was beautiful. I think it is under new management. Now it is dirty. I stayed in a first floor room. The first night I had bugs in my restroom. The pillows were so yellow, you could see it through the pillowcases. I will not stay there again. I have reported to my company as well.

Bad Stay We always choose Hilton properties when we go away and are usually never disappointed...Not the case here. The front desk staff were very rude and unfriendly. No smile or hello when we checked in. We went to dinner and got back around 10pm. My husband got a shower, but the water wasn’t draining. He got a hanger and pulled out the most disgusting huge clump of grossness (in picture) In the morning I went to the desk and asked where the fitness room was, again I felt like I was bothering the woman. Since check out was at noon we put our do not disturb sign on and at about 10am, there is a knock on the door to check the water sprinkler...So much for the sign. When we checked out, we expressed our issues, the woman didn’t care and as we walked out the door said AYE AYE AYE really loud. Even the breakfast was dismal, just the basics, no extra touch or friendly attendant. If you have nowhere else to go this hotel is fine, but I would not go out of my way to stay here again!

Very Good Stay Overall a good stay. Would have given a 5 but I was disappointed with the attitude of the night crew. Checking in the night person seemed put out checking us in and getting our waters. And during breakfast, the coffee up by the front desk was out and the lady taking care of the breakfast area was super busy, so stepped over to the front desk and I apparently woke up the night person and they did not seem pleased by it, asking my why I didn't let the lady in the breakfast area know.

Changing of rates We booked the room ahead of time with a rate but when we went to check out it was much higher cost. That’s not how you do business when people book a head. We think twice before staying again. And we stay several times.
