Not up to snuff. Not up to snuff. Hilton Diamond so I have many Doubletrees and other Hilton properties under my belt. This hotel is lacking. No warmth about it. Yes, the grey and turquoise decor is dated and cold but it’s the room that bothers me. No attention to detail. Its shabby. It’s not clean. The baseboard at the fridge is filthy. The curtains are stained and pulled apart on the hems. The bed skirts are all askew. There’s no shower gel in the big bottles on the shower wall (you can only find this out while actually using the shower, lovely). I’ve stayed in very pleasant Doubletrees around the world but this one is 3 star. $40/day for parking and a resort fee usually means an upscale hotel but here it’s a bit insulting. No upgrades, not that an upgrade means cleaner. Very disappointing. Shoulda booked that Marriott on the ocean! Live and learn.

Hurrication in Hollywood We visited the Hilton Doubletree Hollywood as evacuees from the West Coast of Florida from hurricane Milton. The hotel and staff were amazing. From the front desk to maintenance to the valet and everyone in between. They were extremely busy with all of the evacuees and extremely crowded, and they were pleasant and kind and had a smile on their face the whole time. Julian at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. I wish it could have been under better circumstances, but they helped make a very stressful situation better. Thank you to the whole staff for all of your kindness.

Great service in restaurant We had great service in the restaurant both days from Jackie. She was friendly and attentive. She was also able to give some ideas on things to do while in town. The food was also to our liking and served at good eating temps. Thanks you again Jackie for the great service

Family Trip 2024 If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. In the moment we walked in we had excellent service until the time we checked out. Gallon the front counter was fantastic. Andrea and the market café, which is right next to the counter goes above and beyond with customer service. Restaurant service was also outstanding. The food was incredible. We will definitely be staying here again. Liz F

A small family getaway coming from Houston and New YorkZ My family and I came to visit Hollywood Florida. We came to have breakfast at Port South & Grill and came across our server Jackie. She was so sweet, served me and my family super well. She got our orders correct and kept making sure we were ok. Thank you Jackie!
