My relaxing vacation! Customer service was great. Very polite, professional and helpful staff. My room wasn’t cleaned one day out of my 6 days stay. They give me a bag with beach towels, and a beach chair when I checked in for my stay. The beach is a few feet away from the room, loved it. Hollywood Beach is beautiful.

Good Value I stayed at the Hollywood Beachside Boutique Hotel for two nights and was pleasantly surprised. The buildings are quite old but everything worked and was very clean. No breakfast included and parking is extra but that wasn't an issue. It says 2 or 3 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk but it's more like 30 seconds. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. I will likely stay there again.

Rundown, dirty hotel "boutique" It was dirty, dated and rundown. Looks nothing like the pictures on the website. They must be buying their ratings. The bathtub was rusty. There were holes in the floor. Furniture was old and in terrible shape. One of the doors to the rooms would not close! Made the Bates Motel look like a palace. The only "suite" thing about this is that we left it. I would be worried about what I'd catch, or get bitten by, sleeping in those beds. Don't waste your money or time like we did. Shame on them!!!

Great location This was a great experience from checkin to check out. We stayed two days and never moved the vehicle. Was great to walk to beach and lunch and dinner and shops. Hotel room was good. Not in room enough to criticize. Typical for that area and the location and the courtesy of the front desk is why we will be back.

Terrible service We booked this accommodation 11 months ago, knowing the demand would be high the weekend of our visit. It was a good price, and we booked through hotels.com It was pay at hotel deal, not pay upfront!! We received confirmation of our upcoming trip from hotels.com 48 hrs before our arrival, so all was fine then. Travelling a total of 19 hrs from the uk, on arrival we were told they’d cancelled our booking, due to our credit card not working , not sure why it didn’t work. They had resold our room for a considerably higher amount than our original booking. They offered no apology or no assistance to find alternative accommodation on a fully booked weekend. Everywhere was booked !! It took us hours to find a bed for the night (and it wasn’t good). Their attitude and service was appalling…..they left us high and dry. After contacting hotels.com we were informed the hotel had left a message on their app, 10 hours prior to our arrival, when we were mid flight , so never received it……no direct contact, no email..
