Not as picutred We arrived late due to the time of our flight. When we arrived our door was unlocked and the keys sitting on table for us. We had been told we would get a code to our room and find the keys inside. We had requested two beds and only received one. There was no one around and our other friends couldn't access their room since it was locked. They had to call to try to find someone to let them in. They finally received a key which someone left on their windowsill instead of meeting them back at the room. The grounds are in need of some improvement. The rooms were comfortable but tired looking. There was only a bar of soap left in the room to wash hands with. It certainly doesn't live up to the pictures.

Ocean Drive was ok, but Trav coding/perkopolis didn't do their job. 5pm hotel desk closure. We booked this location thru perkopolis which provides a link to another company, "Travel reservations by Trav Coding". We received a hotel reservation id and a Perkopolis booking id, stating "Your booking in Ocean Drive Villas is confirmed and no reconfirmation is required" We arrived around 7pm only to find the hotel reservation desk closed, doors locked. We contacted the telephone # on our booking for "emergency in country assistance" and they couldn't find our reservation, but gave us another number. Over the span of a long distance call of 1 hour, they found the reservation, also tried calling the hotel with no answer and we useless. Dtr found the hotel instagram page and a wechat # and finally got us the code to enter the room. It turns out the hotel desk closes at 5pm, but sends an email to with the door access code...only we found out the next day at the counter, that an email was sent to Trav Coding, who not only failed to advise us of the 5pm desk deadline, but also failed to open or forward the email the hotel had sent with the access code. Trav coding took no responsibility for their screwups, and perkopolis washed its hands of the situation saying it is a third party. If Perkpolis ties it's name to these other companies they should take some responsibility. Nowhere in the booking confirmation email was there a mention of the 5pm desk closure. We will never book thru perkopolis or trav coding and suggest the hotel may want to disassociate from companies that fail to inform critical information needed to access their rooms.

Disgusting Hotel This place is disgusting! We were given room 3! The room smelled of mold, it was not very clean! The air conditioning was filthy black! After being in the room 10 minutes my husband was sick to his stomach! It was very violent him throwing up! I started coughing uncontrollably and we had to leave the room and stay outside! We looked for another hotel to stay and found one elsewhere for more than double the price! When I went to the front desk to cancelled, I was told nothing could be done because the manager was not there until the following Wednesday! Poor management and the clerk was obnoxious! We do not recommend this hotel and would like to mention that this place is dangerous for your heath!

Perfect Crash Pad with Quick Beach Access This place is a deal for the $$ and 3 minute walk to the beach. We got the one bedroom we asked for facing Connecticut St which had an awesome comfortable king size bed with a remodeled bath. The furniture in the living room was all OK except for the small brown love seat which is really battered up and needs replacement. ALSO, little noise proofing with feet stomping kids upstairs so my ear plugs came in handy. This was perfect for a “crash pad”…Sleep, shower, have your coffee and head to the beach …Nicely remodeled but furniture is a bit shabby.
