old school beach hotel with great location but that's it Great location right on the beach board walk However.... impossible to find without GPS Incredibly small parking places in lot away from hotel extremely noisy day and night as right on the beach walk bed uncomfortable gaping hole in front door no amenities that we saw needs major major major renovations

Don't expect much! The rooms are small, looks like they tried to upgrade stuff but the most important, the bed, was horrible. It was a wore out lumpy, lopsided mattress. Worst sleep ever! Location was the only good thing. We ended up with a room looking at the alley not the ocean. Charged us 20/night extra for a parking pass. Provided chairs and umbrella for the beach.

Avoid this place Absolutely horrible hotel. Looks nothing like the pictures. I didn’t think it was going to be fancy but it’s just gross. Hair in the sheets (not ours), sink doesn’t drain, light peers in from the door, staff is unfriendly, lobby looks like a jail cell. Do not stay here, EVER! You will regret it like I did.

Location, Location, Location ... The Hotel is plain and a little bit on the older side .... If you're looking for ammenities, the Sheldon doesn't have much .... Your basic bed, tv, shower .... But, if you are looking for LOCATION; then you can't beat it !!! 10 steps from the beach, right in the middle of the Hollywood Broadwalk ... Shops, music, restaurants all within a half mile walk in either direction from the hotel ... and, did I say that the beach is at your doorstep !!! Awesome feeling waking up to a beautiful sunrise each morning ...

Rip off! Chemical smelling small rooms We are currently here, and I must say, we are disappointed with the hotel. Despite paying a significant amount for our stay, room 329 is no larger than a prison cell. We've visited New York, Nashville, Memphis, and New Orleans. Unfortunately, this has been the most expensive and final stop on our journey, offering the least value for money.
