Great Experience and accommodations My husband and I were here for 9 days the staff was absolutely accommodating. We enjoyed immensely our time at the beach with Wolff the beach attendant who made our vacation so memorable and we enjoyed ourselves so much that we’re coming again next year. Thank you Wolff your kindnesses and professionalism. See you next year Diplomat!

Epic Fail Wow....literally the most disappointing experience from a Hilton property we have ever had. After driving over 8 hours to get there, we found out the lobby and pool areas were under construction....no heads up from the hotel. It was not safe for my visually impaired child due to the narrow construction areas and the tops of random steps were blocked off. We would have chosen another property had the hotel had the decency to notify us. Let alone the fact that they had a cheerleading competition, so the place was packed with kids and there was no where for them to go...making it very difficult for my child to navigate without us being right next to her the entire time...hardly relaxing. From there, we weren't given enough towels or bedding for the number of guests 9in our room...had to call multiple times to get the basics. There was a floor outlet that was loose and an obvious electrical hazard...had to make my kids stay away. When I went to the pool to get towels, I had to argue with the attendant to get enough for my party...he wasn't allowed to give me more than 2. And he argued with me....so much for the guest being a priority. At this point, I had enough(Full day 1 of 5) and called Hilton to see if they could find us another property. We were put in touch with the Manager Gloria, who apologized and stated that they really wanted to make it right and she would talk to her boss to see what they might do to get us to stay. We stayed for another night and 24 hours later, nobody had contacted me as Gloria had promised. So I went downstairs looking fora manager at the front desk. Gloria wasn't there and no manager would come out to talk to me. Instead they told the front desk attendant that they would waive the early cancellation fee like that was doing me a favor. At that point we were almost 3 days into our 5 day trip, so just stayed. The final straw was last night we went to the hotel bar after dinner and ordered a round of cocktails and a sprite at 8:10pm. We waited until 8:40 with no drinks served and finally left as the waitress just showed up with them...imagine they would have run us $50 for the drinks and it took 30 minutes?! Sheesh.... Even when I went to leave this morning, I called at 7:15 for Bell service to come at 750 for an 8am departure so we could make our daughters surgery at Bascom Palmer. 7:55 I had to call a second time and we didn't get someone up until after 8.... Overall, with the additional resort fee and parking charges, the lack of any sort of guest service mindset and construction, you guys really stunk it up. We won't be back and I would strongly urge all future customers to do some research before you sepnd your hard earned money there. Mine certainly wasn't appreciated. Epic Fail Hilton.(And I say this as a Hilton Honors Member)

Disappointed by Lack of Transparency and Ongoing Renovations My sister checked in yesterday and sent us photos and videos showing the extent of the ongoing renovations. This is not the experience we anticipated based on the website’s portrayal. We planned a family trip here from NJ for our birthday celebration, expecting a high-end resort experience and nice photo opportunities. Our group of 4 adults and 3 kids was shocked to find no mention of ongoing construction or pool closures at the time of booking. Other hotels we considered had advisories about such disruptions. Temporary walls in the lobby, the Infinity Pool closed, fire pits inaccessible, and bars and restaurants closed. This felt like a bait and switch, leaving us with very few options once we arrived. Offering a resort fee credit after the fact doesn't make up for the disappointment. This seems like a sneaky move by management. I have stayed here before, even a few months ago, and loved it. This time, it's been a terrible experience. Didn't expect to be disappointed by what was once a great resort.

Amazing resort with amazing customer service Absolutely perfect experience, room and view was amazing. Entire property was clean even under construction. Best part of our stay was the service, Joe the Concierge, Ernesto and Alam serving and Edge hustling for us, best customer service I have experienced in a long long time. Karen who handles the pool and beach was wonderful, I don't know how she keeps everything running so smoothly. It was simply a perfect trip. My only complaint is that its booked already for 2025 the week we want to go and for a lot of months. We will find a way to get back, the place is awesome!!

Good stay . Awesome view . Great pool and access to the beach . Won't lie ... very expensive .. other than that is spectacular. Have no issues with the room and personnel. I think is out of the budget to long vacation having a lot to visit in Miami and Orlando . Prices should be lower .
