They charged us for towels that we did not take and house keeping snooped at our stuff THe hotel was great the staff was very nice, rhe hotel was clean. They were under renovation to change to the Holiday Inn. We stayed there during from 12/20 to 12/25/2019. We were one of the first to be there during there transition.BUT.. When we checked out about 20 minutes later I got a call from the desk saying that we stole 6 towels and they were charging us for them. They said there hoousekeeping saw towels in a closed box that we had in the room. I told the desk that the towel was wrapped in a gift and it was ours. I am appalled that housekeeping went through my peronsal things. One day they never cleaned so I asked them to bring up a few extra towels when I got back to the room, they sent up a lot of towels I didnt count them. I placed them on top of my suitcase when we left the next morning were still there when we returned the room was cleaned and they were gone. We checked out and were accused of taking towels and they charged me $42.00. I wrote to the manager as suggested and called I got no response. We always stay at this hotel when we visit and planned on coming back in May. I have never been treated like this before and we travel a lot. T I am appalled and humilated. I dont need there towels.

Room at the Inn Because of a flood in my condo, my family and I were forced to stay in a hotel for almost 3 weeks. We initially chose the Ramada because of its’ proximity to home and low rates; we extended our stay due to the warm welcoming staff. We have many hotels to choose from within the area but we were very pleased with the Ramada. Despite the fact that the hotel is currently under construction and WiFi is horrible, the service to the customer never suffered and their staff at the “check in desk”, specifically, Kerry and Matt B, were so gracious, accommodating and funny! These two folks went the extra mile for us and helped make our stay a very pleasant one! Thanks guys!

Renovations hamper a nice stay I was here for a convention and the renovations diminished the experience. The lobby was not done (in fact it was a bright white area with minimal seating). 2 of the meeting rooms were still in progress with bare walls, floors and windows. The worse complaint I heard from many is that the construction company took almost 50% of the available parking! Plus the Wi-Fi didn't work the entire stay. The positives is that the staff was very nice and the room I was in was done and very comfortable. I stayed her years ago and liked the way the hotel was then and I hope that after the renovations, the hotel will look even nicer.
