Worth the trip! Excellent place to stay and reasonable priced! Very clean! Would stay again and plan on staying again! Loved the decor Make you feel like you are back in time! Bed was comfortable , room was large Good in restaurant was excellent! If you are looking for a modern room and bathroom and large tub and shower , not for you BUT if you want extreme clean rooms beds and bathroom! This is your place! Updated to look like what it did back in the 1900’s and they did an awesome job!

Dark rooms but comfortable While the room was clean and the bed comfortable, it was so very dark! The lights have low wattage bulbs and the desk lamp did not work. The bathroom was very small - it was like taking a shower in a phone booth. However, they furnishings throughout the place were very tasteful.

Old school, friendly place We had a good room with a four-poster bed. While some of the furniture was tired and some wallpaper peeling off in the bathroom, it had character and charm. Breakfast was limited, but OK - you even got a ceramic coffee mug, which is something for the USA. The breakfast room was nice, overlooking the garden. They have a restaurant serving decent food and good beers. The staff we met were cheerful and helpful.

Nice Older Inn With Very Nice Accommodations The Waynebrook Inn seems to be in a historical building with large and well appointed rooms. One thing to note if you arrive after the restaurant closes the doors are locked and a note on the restaurant door directs you to call a number so you can be let in. We arrived late and a nice young man who was ‘on duty’ let us in and got us registered. We had asked for adjoining rooms which we were not given because they were already spoken for so we asked for rooms closer together but they would have resulted in a rather substantial increase in price, so we just stayed with our original rooms. The young man whose name I didn’t catch set us up with a roll-away bed and linens for an extra sleeping area. Each of our rooms had a refrigerator and microwave and a sitting area. The bathroom wasn’t very big; the shower stall was also kind of small but it was very clean as was the whole room. Breakfast was included with our stay. It was a continental breakfast but was kind of light on the options. There were egg and cheese on muffins in the freezer but no instructions on how long to cook them. There were 3 different flavors of yogurt, 2 different cereals, a small selection of muffins and bagels with both butter and cream cheese, coffees, milk, orange juice and apple juice. The only water was what was in the pitchers for coffee. There weren’t any gluten or dairy free options. I’m sure the provided item count is based on the number of guests. There is a lovely breakfast area to sit and eat. Checkout was a breeze, just leave your door keys in the basket on the desk. I would definitely say here again if ever in the need of a place to stay. Note: be careful when booking through a third-party like Expedia, none of the “extra” requests are forwarded to the hotel (i.e. our request for adjoining rooms was not conveyed to the hotel). One other thing , this hotel has been described as haunted, with strange happenings on the 2nd floor.

Car show stay Check in staff was very nice and professional as was the bar staff ! Kudos because that's about the only exceptional thing about our stay July 13-15. First problem we had was being notified the front doors were locked after 9pm and we had to use the room key for side door. Well the card key didn't work not once but twice on the next day after being re-keyed. The desk guy (when someone was actually there) told us it was our fault for keeping the key too close to our cellphone ??? The room was spacious but was in dis-repair and just worn. The sink faucet leaked, exhaust fan didn't work nor did the heat lamp probably why the knob for the timer was missing also. The majority of ceiling tiles had water damage. The shower faucet also leaked all night. For the $85 thought it was adequate. Parking was good and the continental breakfast wasn't bad either> We would stay again bit will ask for a room in better condition for sure. Again great job bar staff
