Ala Moana by Mantra Hotel was at a great location, close to shopping centers, beaches, restaurants, markets. Parking inside the hotel sucks after 8 pm so can’t exactly be out late. The room itself was sub par. Room carper smelled like mildew and sewer. Shower water never got hot only stayed luke warm probably due to tropical weather. Staff was friendly. Will remain a one time stay unless can’t stay anywhere else.

Great Hotel and location but front desk needs attitude adjustment Great stay in a great hotel. Conveniently located next to the mall. I love the fact that I don’t have to deal with driving to the mall. Rooms are nice and clean. Only thing I would recommend is to have better trained front desk staff that are more helpful and friendly.

GREAT STAY in Honolulu We were welcomed with Aloha. We have lived on the island for 5 years and returned to visit. We wanted to true Aloha experience and wanted to always stay at this hotel. We frequently visited the Signature Restaurant and loved the location. We were not disappointed in the hotel and restaurant. WOW!!!!

Short stay for doctors appointments Great price and location. Convenient location. Friendly staff Rooms clean and comfortable. The only negative is the small bathroom where the tub and bath are very close together. The rooms are quiet and they now have a couple of eating options.

Great location This hotel is located right next to Ala Moana shopping center, and across from the Ala Moana park. It's easy walking distance into Waikiki, and quite convenient for many places nearby. I highly recommend the happy hour on the top floor, though get there early to get a table. Bring patience too, check in took a very long time but I think a lot of people arrived all at once.
