Great location for family vacation Amazing location at the end of Waikiki beach. Great but small pool area. Great service at the valet parking, not so much at the reception. Breakfast at Deck poor, but nice team at the Knots coffee roster downstairs. Great view to Diamond head and Waikīkī beach from our balcony! Great running routes starting from the hotel.

Best Hotel Stay in Hawaii The hotel, staff members, food and location were great. From arrival to departure the Queen Kapiolani staff works at meeting all of your needs. They greet you, give great advice on local restaurants and attractions and help in any way possible. Best hotel stay in Hawaii!!

Round the world trip. Hotel is in a good location, close to the beach and town. Staff polite and friendly. Studio room we were allocated was too small for a 4 night stay. We were moved to a slightly bigger room on request which was helpful, rooms are in need of updating, AC very loud as they have old system, no tea& coffee making facilities. Not happy that we were charged a mandatory 50 dollars per night ‘hospitality fee’ as we were leaving, we weren’t aware that we would be charged this for use of pool, internet & gym, we thought that the cost of a hotel room should automatically cover these ? basic services. If you plan on staying here get any additional charges confirmed before you book with a hotel.

Unbeatable Location and Stunning Views For those seeking a well-located, amenity-rich hotel in Waikiki, the Queen Kapiolani Hotel delivers exceptional value and service. Its combination of classic Hawaiian ambiance, modern conveniences, and attentive staff ensures a memorable stay for all guests. Dole Whip on site, coffee restaurants attractions galore, all walking distance. Did I mention the staff? Super helpful and down to earth, the reason I will keep coming back. Leave the car at the airport, you won’t need it while you’re in the heart of Waikiki.

Paradise found! An amazing stay at Queen Kapiolani From the moment we arrived at Queen Kapiolani, we were greeted with the warmest welcome and a genuine sense of hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The staff here are exceptional, always smiling, accommodating, and consistently going above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. The location is perfect! The beach is right across the street. there are so many coffee shops, breakfast spots, and stores just a short walk away. It was so easy to get around. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Every detail, from the amenities to the service, showed their commitment to quality. We truly felt cared for during our entire stay, and that personal touch really stood out. This place made our trip to Waikiki unforgettable and we would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!
