Very convenient location, close to the beach and Waikiki shops/restaurants Great location right across from the beach. However rooms are very noisy, we were able to hear everyone in the hallway and all the noise from the street and this was from the 17th floor. Some other positives are rooms were clean service was good and the hotel gives back to ocean conservation.

Lovely Stay The staff was friendly and accommodating. We arrived 3 hours early prior to check in and there were rooms available so they got us in right away! The only inconvenience we had was the keys deactivated a couple times, and they only have valet parking which is pretty pricey but there are parking structures close for more reasonable prices. Also there can be elevator traffic so if you have to be somewhere make sure to leave 10 mins early during the day. Oh an beds were so comfy! Beautiful pool area, and you can rent chairs, snorkels, umbrella, paddle boards and other beach items for free from a store downstairs around the corner from valet entrance. Best thing is it is right across the street form the beach with the retaining walls which keeps the waters calm great for children! I would absolutely stay here again.

Great view Some of your staff have good attitude but some need training again specially the night crew. Cards weren’t working and had to go several times to front desk to fix the issue making us waste our fun time because there was always a line or the staff was “busy”, elevators take forever to get down or up to your room. There was roaches in our room and they always forgot to leave enough towels for us, also shower gel was empty upon arrival, we had to ask (maintenance and cleaning staff were nice nice and polite though). Having to pay extra for a bed to sit by the pool enjoy not fair, other hotels include all amenities __‍♀️ and staff kicked us out of the pool at 8:10pm and we saw others swim at 7am and past 9:30pm __‍♀️. Overall my rating is for the beautiful ocean view we got and my parents were happy with that.

Hawaii Vacation I miss the sustainability for example in the breakfast. Still using plastic cups and plastic cutlery. why not real cups and reusable tableware? What is about recycling of the trash? Missing in the room also possibilities to hang towels and others.

Poor hotel conditions Honestly, my AC went out the second day was there the rear patio sliding door one shot all the way in the rear patio door frame was coming off the wall so there was always air leaking in housekeeping was dirty. They did not vacuum neither change because we got her sheets dirty housekeeper came in. She did her bed with the same sheets and they were dirty, paint off the wall doors were pilling off imp properties smell like old
