friendly staff, average room I was collected quickly after arriving late at night from the mainland, I was only at the hotel for a few hours and didn't really see it so I can only say that the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was pretty basic, randomly there was a microwave in the bathroom, a fridge but no way to make a drink ? I will be staying again the night before I fly home. To sum up, its a normal hotel airport, pretty basic and expensive for what it is, but you are paying for the convenience.

Disgusting treatment from Marina (employee) This inn should be a 1 star at best. They are rude to customers and try to milk more money out of them. I was travelling back to Canada and needed a room just to place my luggage in for 6 hours. They saw the luggage belonged to a family (we had 5) and wanted for us to pay for an additional room just for the luggage! I then said I wanted a refund and the name of the person. Marina refused to give me her last name and so did Paula. Then Marina decided to call the cops on my family with kids. Cops came and said that marina lied to get them there (she told them 5 adults were refusing to leave meanwhile they never asked us to leave and in fact when they called the cops we could not leave cause we had to wait for them). Cops were super nice. My kids in the end found the experience interesting so was not a negative one for them thank god. I filed a complaint with Expedia. Btw once the cops showed up Marina disappeared - probably did not want to face me when she was spewing lies to the cops and to my face. Disgusting human being should not work in hospitality.

Meh Service was great. Check In was easy. We've stayed in nicer places for less $. The room was pretty clean, just not very comfortable. The pillows were aweful. The bed was marginal, the room was a little depressing. Morning coffee was nice. Will not stay here again.

This Is Not the Paradise You're Looking For! The staff, especially the front desk clerk, Gino, embodies the worst aspects of the hospitality industry. Gino's demeanor is exceedingly rude, unprofessional, and condescending, completely contradicting the Aloha spirit that the State of Hawaii encourages. With its outdated decor, fixtures, and dingy linens, this establishment is certainly worth skipping. There are definitely much better options available.

Gross, overpriced dirty S hole. Gross dirty run down mess of a place, charge resort fees annoucned on top inflated room fees. This aint a resort. Rude, slow check inn. I mean when you can even put the blue anr ed taps on the cporrcet side of the sink you know its run by lazy people. Air Con barely functioned and was so old it just leaked everywhere. Terrible hole of a joint.
