Would return Friendly helpful staff, good location off main drag but close to most Waikiki. We had beautiful Mountain View with nice balcony. Quick valet Service with no charge for in and out. Did not go into pool but looked small but inviting. We had a dog with us for which a small fee was charged. Good places to walk him close by.

Great experience in Penthouse suite! This was my 2nd time staying here, but my 1st in the Penthouse Suite. Everything was amazing. The penthouse was clean, rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The bathrooms stay pretty warm, but doors can be kept shut to manage the temperature difference. The property itself is always clean in common areas. I miss their complimentary breakfast but enjoyed the coffee available all day. The valet is extremely attentive and quick to retrieve cars. Staff makes an effort to get to know guests. Highly recommend, and I have been told I'm difficult to please :)

Vacation - July ‘24 Loved the view of the canal from our room. Perfect location, away from the congested areas but just a short walk away from most everything! Super attentive staff! Hurricane Popcorn treat every afternoon is a nice touch. Coffee, Tea and Water fill station as fantastic!

The room need a refresh The Lobby is really nice and the staff very helpfull. They offer free drinking water and free popcorn everyday what we enjoyed. The room though is quite old and has never been updated or even the damages Repaired (i.e. drawers). There is also just one chair to sit on the table which made it difficult to eat there. It‘s sad as it would have potential…

A Real Gem! Wonderful Service & Friendly Staff. Our entire weeklong stay here was a joy. Hotel staff did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Very comfortable rooms. Easy walking distance to many good restaurants. We will be returning often. This place is a gem!
