A wonderful place with attention to detail Every aspect of the Halekulani is first class. Have been going there for twenty years and have never been disappointed. The food is superb. The pool and views magnificent. We have gone for New Year's Eve for the last ten years and had a wonderful time.

The epitome of Hawaiian hospitality in Honolulu The level of service and accommodations is extraordinary. Even in a busy season like the holidays ,the staff - from housekeeping to concierge was outstanding. Turndown service with a little gift every night, roomy balconies to watch the surfers at sunrise on Waikiki beach, the proximity to the best shopping in Honolulu - Just cannot think of anything that could have been improved upon. After staying at Halekulani, our next stop at a luxury hotel on the North Shore was such a disappointment. It made us appreciate our stay at Halekulani even more.

Fabulous hotel We love this hotel. One of the best we have stayed in during our travel life. Excellent for everyone. The staff are all amazing and so friendly. Will go to all lengths to help. Tips not a big issue. The food is fresh and delicious. And both restaurants are ideally situated by the ocean

Highlights from our Halekulani Honeymoon! My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon at the Halekulani, and it was incredible! This was our first time to the island and this hotel provided everything I'd dreamed about Hawaii. The atmosphere in each space (including our room) was beautiful. All of the staff was so kind and welcoming - they even greeted us by name when we arrived. We worked with the concierge team to create our itinerary, and they were so helpful. Special thank you to David for helping us plan our stay! We enjoyed surf lessons on-site (our instructor Owen was great!), eating lunch while we relaxed by the pool, attending a classic luau recommended by the concierge, stopping by during the hotel's official tree lighting ceremony for an appetizer/glass of champagne, and listening to jazz in Lewer's Lounge after dinner each night. We also hiked Diamond Head (we could see the hotel from our view at the top!) and visited Pearl Harbor. Highly recommend both. Easy and affordable uber from the hotel! For meals, we mainly ate on site and every restaurant was delicious. The location was also great for walking to nearby shops! We are so glad that we chose the Halekulani Hotel for our honeymoon. So very special!

Paradise on Earth This is the most spectacular place on earth. The staff service from the front desk, guest relations, valet and dining will exceed your expectations. The longevity of the staff tells you all you need to know. Many have been there for 30+ years. This was my 4th stay and I am already planning to return. The rooms are clean and well appointed. My room was a grand ocean view and watching the sunset every evening gave me great joy. The daily turndown service was also appreciated.
