Great Hotel, Great Customer Service I was compelled to leave a review due to the great service I received and for the my overall experience. The staff were very helpful, but Camille really stood out to me. She was not only professional, but extremely personable. She provided me with many great recommendations. She definitely enhanced my trip to Hawaii, due to her knowledge of Waikiki and the island. I look forward to visiting again, and hope that she will be there upon my return.

Great Visit…little to no draft beer at the bar! Fix the taps!!!! Great staff. Shout out to the bar staff Blake, Dana, Peter…and Coco! I would come back just for them. Gotta get those beer taps fixed and make sure the kegs get replaced on time. C’mon management. Overall great experience! Thanks for the hospitality y’all!

Trip of a lifetime ruined They had our rooms in two different towers. Was put into the Kalia tower which had a adult only pool and we had two children. Said they could move us to a nicer tower for more money. The rooms were as if you had stepped back in time 30 years. Clean but worn out. I would have never believed Hilton would put their name on these rooms. Had to walk across the property just to get a pool they children could use. No were near the facilities needed for the number of guests on the property. If you are going to Hawaii explore all of your options before settling on this one. Very disappointing for the amount of money we spent.

Aloha Hilton Waikiki! Mahalo to all the great staff! We had a great time! The beds are comfortable and the location was great also! Only a short walk to the beach! The drinks at the bar taste great! Love Mai Tai’s!, Blue Hawaiian’s,and Pina colada’s! So much to see and do nearby!

Noisy and not friendly We were in a room next to the elevator and it was noisy. After asking for a room change so that we could sleep, we were moved to a quieter room. Staff acted like we were being a nuisance and staff were not friendly. We tried asking why this known noisy room was included in the premium category and did not receive an answer. This room really needs to be downgraded to a cheaper category. Both rooms were clean, we paid a premium for a view of the beach, which we got. Both rooms had the wardrobe in the bathroom behind the door, which was odd. Not sure if the resort fee is worth what we got. First and last time staying here.
