Awesome We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt place. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Beds and pillows were very comfy which made it great for sleeping. The only downside was sometimes there were not many options for breakfast and there were lots of birds at the outdoor breakfast area. Other than that it was an awesome experience and we would stay again.

Not a positve experience During our recent stay, we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our experience. First, the sliding door in our room did not close or seal properly, allowing substantial noise to enter throughout the evening, night, and early morning hours. This led to frequent sleep disruptions and diminished our overall rest and comfort. Second, we were incorrectly charged three times for movie rentals, despite placing only one order. It appears my daughter may have accidentally selected the movie multiple times. To help prevent this in the future, I recommend implementing a feature that restricts movie purchases to adults only—perhaps requiring a PIN or other parental control on the remote. Additionally, the breakfast service was quite disorganized, with a limited food selection. After the third day, we decided to dine elsewhere at our own expense due to the lack of variety and the overall inefficiency of the process. Lastly, the elevators had extremely long wait times. As a result, we had to use the stairs from the 7th floor multiple times—even with young children—which was both inconvenient and exhausting. Unfortunately, these issues combined to create a disappointing experience that did not meet our expectations.

Very busy What I liked the most was the location, very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Rooms have a good size and are comfortable and quite new. The problem for me was the breakfast which is good if we talk about the food but the environment is really overwhelming, it is constantly packed with people and there is no room for everyone which makes the experience kind of stressful. It looks like the space for the pool and breakfast weren’t well dimensioned for the amount of guests. I mean it is really busy. Other ruge issue is the parking, there is no parking for all guests. We had to park somewhere else but is very difficult to find a cheap place around to park, very stressful. They should at least make a deal with a parking lot nearby to guarantee a space for their guests. We had to park at the zoo and go there during the night to renew the tickets as the max we can stay is about 4 hours.

Worth a stay here! Great location, near the zoo and aquarium - slightly quieter area of Waikiki. Very friendly and helpful staff - well worth staying here. Good access to nice food vans in the adjacent laneway (Thai, mexican, American) plus Dominos pizza co-located with hotel.

Great Hotel & Location Great location, a walk away from the beach. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel room was great: clean, modern, and big. Breakfast selection was very good. I would definitely stay here again. Valet was amazing worth every penny. My siblings enjoyed it and so did I, especially with this being our first time on the island.
