Worst parking lot among all Hyatt regency we have stayed The hotel is overall old and crowded. The parking lot is even worse. For self-parking, you usually need to drive over 8 to 10 floors to get a spot and the space is very narrow. The ramp could usually allow one care at a time. So it took us 5-10 mins every time we tried to find a spot of leave the parking lot.

Great stay- excellent service and really nice property If you’re looking for an excellent stay in the heart of Waikiki this is your spot. Impeccable service (one day there was a miscommunication about housekeeping and the next day we got a call from a manager to make it right); you request a towel- it’s at your room in minutes literally. The room is spacious and super clean, bedding is comfortable. Lobby is gorgeous with an open atrium with fun events ongoing. Great little room amenities including water bottles, toothbrushes etc. we requested a microwave which was delivered promptly; they even sent up an extra fridge! The pool is a bit small but not surprising for an urban location and its view is spectacular. Workout room is nice. The beach is right across the street and beach chairs are available. Concierge is very helpful. Bathroom in the room is OK and the patio is small but nice. Overall- excellent stay and highly recommend.

Excellent experience It was an excellent experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was welcoming. They gave us a warm reception and were quick to assist with any questions. The hotel’s location is unbeatable. Just steps away from the Waikiki beach and with stunning ocean views from the balcony, it really felt like paradise.

Wonderful Stay at Hyatt Regency Waikiki We recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki for six nights, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! First off, the complimentary upgrade as Hyatt Explorist to an oceanfront view was such a pleasant surprise. The view was breathtaking, and our room (#1162) was spotless and well-maintained. A big thank you to Alaina for making our arrival and stay feel so special! The front desk team, Joel and Olivia, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They made the check-in process smooth and were always available to answer our questions with a smile. The highlight of our stay? Access to the Regency Club. It was truly the cherry on top! We felt like VIPs. The staff here deserves all the praise—they went above and beyond every single day. - AM Crew: Yuko, Elisi, Ashlay, Kealoha, Michelle, Neil, Evan, JD, Colin - PM Crew: Mark, Emiko, Tiffany, Reid, Cris - Extra Help: Kanekoa, Love, Bill, James, Nicole, and Dyne Their service was impeccable, and they made every meal and moment in the Regency Club an absolute delight. We also loved the convenience of beach towels and chairs provided by the hotel—perfect for relaxing beach days! And the valet service was a lifesaver. It was so nice not having to worry about parking during our stay. Honestly, we can’t say a single bad thing about our trip—except that it was too short! _ We’ll definitely be back. Nice hotel even if a little dated Spacious room with a nice view. Good customer service. Checked us in early and let us check out late without fees. Kai Coffee downstairs has great lattes. Breakfast sandwiches and acai bowls were decent. There were some ants in the room, but we had leftover pizza and the building is aging (probably access paths around sliding door). Probably the best location you can ask for in Waikiki if you want the beach, shopping, and dining.
