Josie, was super fantastic and has the personality that speaks to her character. Thanks for making us feel right at home I rated 4 out of 5 because I had an allergic reaction to the pillows/sheets. Housekeeping came in with fresh sheets and foam pillows. Thank you so much. I really don’t have nothing else to say but your system requires a minimum of 200 characters which is crazy.

Ideal location in Waikiki The hotel was ideally located, close to restaurants, shopping - and the beach was walkable. Hotel had water refill stations, so it saved us a lot! The room was clean and adequate supplies. The staff was great too! Josie always greeted us in the lobby when we pass by - and offered helpful tourist tips too! Christine at the front desk was welcoming. Housekeeping staff in general was very accommodating - special mention to Naty on the 16th floor - she was always cheerful and made us feel ohana!

Amazing first trip to Hawaii! Josie is the best! We met Josie in the lobby and she was very helpful and friendly! Our housekeeper Mira was amazing. Really appreciated her attentiveness. We loved coming back from a long beach day to a squeaky clean room. Thank you Josie and Mira for making our trip memorable ❤️

St Patrick's in Paradise! We loved this place! It's about an 8ish minute walk, if that, to beautiful Waikiki Beach and directly across the street from International Market Plaza, as well as next door to an amazing strip of delicious restaurants. We got lucky enough to be put on the floor with the pool and bar so it was easy to get a nice cold Mai Tai after a day of walking around Waikiki!

Aloha on a budget with Priceless hospitality We enjoyed our 9 day stay! Josie stood out as the most memorable. Her energy, positive personality, and pure kindness left a wonderful impression. Valet was always accomodating and not at all like the bad reviews. Sure they were slammed, however, we did our part by calling in advance and letting them know when we would be back for our vehicle. Bellstaff ... all the guys ... friendly, engaging, and pure Aloha. Front Desk Manager ... professionally acknowledged a poor experience by a staff member in the restuarant. Bartender...she was smiling on a rainy day! That lifted everyone's Spirits. Beach Chair rental ... tall blonde guy complete hopitality, hard worker, and completly encouraging to my son. Warms a mom's heart. Overnight Security Guard....we had not adjusted to the time as yet so got to meet him. Friendly, engaging, and we enjoyed talking story and what to for sure eat in the area. Perfect Location and Great Price!
