Adult Birthday Trip! I stayed at this hotel the last week of July and it was nice and so convenient. Right across the street from the beach and in walking distance of most everything. I booked through Hawaiin Airlines and had no issues using a 3rd party reservation. The lobby is airy and lovely for pics. Staff was helpful whenever we had an issue, and we did have a couple of issues. The top sheet of one of the beds was stained when we checked in and they replaced it right way. We also had a plumbing issue in the middle of the night ( up still on east coast time). We had to wait until the next morning for a plunger, but the plumbing issue occured again randomly the next day too, but someone came right up. There was also an extremely large waterbug/roach in our room one morning. We did not bother to call anyone and just killed it ourselves. Mustve come in when the balcony door was open perhaps. But overall I would stay at this hotel again. It was so convenient on the corner, with a Starbucks downstairs and Lulus upstairs gives you a 10% discount if you are a hotel guest. Everyone was nice and greeted us with a smile. Ask for a higer floor...a view wouldve made this much better!

A small hotel gem with an amazing staff and view The entire staff of this small hotel is so personally welcoming and helpful! The manager Travis took a great deal of interest in our family’s visit with our granddaughter and was able with a lot of work to upgrade us to an ocean view. The pool and other areas are exceptionally clean and the views of the ocean, park and Honolulu zoo are spectacular. This hotel is so chill and relaxing that we know that we will be returning!

HIDDEN GEM The staff, the view and the location is truly 5 star. The front desk made sure we were taken care of from the moment we checked in and until the second we left. They have beach candy store which allows you get some beach goodies to have fun in the sand and the water. Very kind People work here and the A/C in the rooms work AMAZING and my sun burnt back is thankful ALWAYS A PLEASURE THANK YOU FOR THE MY FANTASTIC VACATION PARK SHORE MAHALO!!!

Jon, great service Jon at the reception was very friendly and fits our needs during our stay. What we love more was the location of the hotel. What we loved less was the price of the parking and the size of the standard rooms. We would rate the hotel with four stars.

Our No.1 Choice in Honolulu We’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times now and will be happy to stay if we’re ever fortunate enough to revisit Honolulu. We love the price bracket, the location and the friendliness of the staff.
