Great place to stay! This hotel was very accommodating with all services (e.g., room service, cart, front desk(. The staff was also very friendly as well! For an affordable price we got a great room to stay in for a week with two ocean view balconies! Thank you for such a great stay! We will definitely be coming back here!!

Our favorite so far This was our second stay at the LaCroix and it’s become our favorite hotel in Waikiki. We’ve stayed at many others, but none compare to Hotel LaCroix’s friendly staff, reasonable rates, spacious rooms and sauna. The sauna is gorgeous! And we never leave without making time for it. There’s a nice cafe, Dean and Deluca, not too far away and the beach is within walking distance. The hotel is situated on the Ala Moana end of Kūhiō and Kalākaua so it’s a bit of a walk into the center of Waikiki, but we like it that way. Less crowds, less noise, more relaxation. We’ll definitely be back!

Hotel La Croix We enjoyed our stay at Hotel La Croix. Very clean, Hotel Staff was very attentive and most gracious and accommodating. The rooms with little kitchenettes were perfect.. Ofrelia and Romelia were awesome. The jacuzzi was not available during our stay but we made use of the sauna. Location is excellent within walking distance to beach and shops. Plenty of food options. We would definitely stay there again.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I took a 2 week trip through every Hawaiian island. I can confidently say that this was not only the worst hotel to stay at in Hawaii, but maybe the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. Pros: - the penthouse is as described. It’s top floor with a great view and large windows. - the location is right on the strip. Close to the beach and shops. Cons: - I requested early check in. However that was not able to be granted. Which I understand and I was fine with. However they took longer than the normal check in time and when I was finally given keys, the room we walked into was still dirty!! There were no sheets on the bed. The trash from pervious guests was still in the room. Far from being ready. In fact the room wasn’t clean and finished until almost 4pm. - the toilet didn’t work. Even after engineering came up to fix it. - the room is loud. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone on your floor. And you can hear the elevator all night long. Didn’t get hardly any sleep - the room is cold. Very cold. The a/c unit would not change temp or turn off. This wouldn’t have been so bad except that the “comforter” they provide you is literally as thin as a sheet. Hard to sleep when you’re freezing the entire night. - the light from the a/c unit shines right into the bed. There’s no way to turn it off (and it’s extremely bright. Bright enough to cause migraines) so you just have to cover your face to sleep. - the balcony is extremely small. Barely can fit one person on it. - the bed itself is not comfortable and the pillows are very thin. IKEA has better pillows than there’s. - the staff are nice but not helpful. They lied to me multiple times about when my room would be ready (everyone continued to say “5 more minutes” for 2 hours straight. Don’t lie to me. I could’ve left the hotel and done something else besides sit in the lobby if it was going to take longer). No one knew what was going on or who was in which room. Just going to the front desk to ask for anything was a nightmare - they answer the front desk phone maybe 10% of the time. So when you need your toilet fix, good luck telling someone about it. - the pool is not as shown on the photos. It’s very small. And when there are a few kids with pool floats and toys, you will not be able to get in and swim at all. If you have the pleasure of staying in Hawaii I do not recommend this hotel at all. Nearly ruined my entire vacation in one night.

Hotel La Croix From the time we drove ino the Hotel from Valet, to the Front Desk, the Employees were AMAZING __ Our car got taken care of, and our check-in was quick and smooth. Emily at the Front Desk was especially Amazing _ The 2 days we were there, she always had a smile on her face and helped with whatever issues we had. The only problem was our bathroom light went out, but the Staff was so fast to solve the issue, Zachary also was helpful in helping us, and we got upgraded with no charge. Whatever we asked for, it was brought to our room real quick. I am definitely staying here again, I love this Hotel__ Also, it is located in the beginning of Waikiki,
