Great Location. Tired Hotel! Good location a short block back from Waikiki Beach and close to restaurants, shops and Starbucks. The hotel itself is very tired. even the bed covering needed to be replaced. To access the shower you have to stand in a small bath and you have a shower curtain. Breakfast was not inviting and either was the area provided to eat your breakfast. It felt like a school room with old styles tables and chairs and you had plastic utensils and paper plates to eat your chosen breakfast with. Little to say we only tried breakfast there once. That being said, the Hotel is very clean. the Staff friendly and super helpful. The rooms have iron and ironing board, hair dryer, safe and bar fridge.

Warmly Welcoming Hotel, close to main beach While not overly fancy, ALL the staff everywhere in the hotel were so extremely helpful, courteous & attentive. Loved their relaxed Lobby; the included continental breakfast provided eggs, a rotation of delicious pastries & wonderful assortment of fruit. However, the friendly Staff made our stay!

average hotel Good location, nicely designed, clean hotel. Our main reason to chose this hotel was because it was close to the beach. Here are my concerns: the front desk personnel couldn't care less when you approach them with a problem, pool hours were rediculus and the bed was not that comfortable. But our biggest complaint was breakfast. Their breakfast was very limited with crazy choices. If I am vacationing in Hawaii and paying for a 'breakfast included' hotel, I expect a good breakfast. Not just a muffin with a boiled egg and a whole banana. We mostly ate outside the hotel. Not happy at all.

Not for us Good value for your dollar to use as a base but don’t expect the perks, the pool was always empty it’s on top of a car park overlooking what looks like a locals accommodation block looks terrible not an area you’d want to spend anytime in, our group of 8 not one of us used it, whilst previous years we were at one of the hotels overlooking the ocean and we were using the pool constantly. Staff friendly and rooms clean. Didn’t eat in at all food on offer and look if the restaurant looked very unappealing. Hotel used frequently by Korean patrons and Korean cabin crew. We considered leaving and going elsewhere but we were a party of 8, the others were ok but we just like the nicer hotels I guess, left very disappointed

Like Coming Home We returned to the Waikiki Resort Hotel for our annual vacation this year from March 06 thru April 06. We were greeted once more like family by David and Brandon who welcome new arrivals at reception. They are always ready with a smile and a handshake to catch us up on things since our last visit and were always available to assist us with any concerns we might have. Breakfast was served every morning in the dinning room on the 2nd floor, and we were welcomed each day by Rowena and Mr. Park. They looked after everyone with an incredibly friendly and professional manner. Mr Park runs a tight ship; we never went hungry. When we went to get towels before heading to the beach everyday, we were delighted to see Chalida often. Chalida made sure our room was in ship shape everyday. She took time the chat with us and ensure that our stay was perfect. I don't want to leave out Mercy. Mercy looked after our room so well and was always happy to see and talk with us. So, I said all that, to say this. Thanks for a great stay. We'll see you again next year!
