Very Enjoyable and Relaxing in Lovely Setting Made last minute booking to stay for two nights. Charming old hotel with lovely grounds overlooking the Columbia R. Good bar and restaurant. Very reasonable price for room, which was clean and very comfortable. Only downside was being on third floor with an old elevator that required staff to operate. Staff was terrific - friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it.

Cozy place to stop and rest from the drive Nice location with clean rooms and friendly staff. Bathroom was clean and larger than expected. Could hear some of the traffic from the highway but not bad enough to keep from getting a good night’s sleep. Would stay here again. Also get a ride on that elevator!

Great place, fantastic views. Bed is comfortable, views are amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Take a walk around the grounds, gardens are nice. Waterfall is very active a beautiful. Staff was knowledgeable about the history of the hotel and grounds. Restaurant was good

One couples point of view. It’s an old historic hotel. The room and common areas are nicely updated. The bed was marshmallow soft, and not overly comfortable. The front facing rooms had a lot of freeway noise. Easy to get to, close to town, nice view of the Columbia River.

Wedding weekend! The hotel is beautifully restored and well appointed. It is “old school” feeling. The views can’t be beat! The staff was helpful and attentive. Our meal in the restaurant was very good. The grounds are beautifully manicured and a pleasure to stroll.
