Taesha is a great employee!! Here for a baseball tourney. One of the boys luggage didn’t arrive. Soooo difficult to get anyone by phone from the airlines. From her busy post at the front desk Taesha got the job done! She held our hands through the whole grueling process! I also witnessed her successfully trouble shoot for 2 more guests while we delt with airlines. Great job! Well done Taeshia!! Thank u! Maureen Taggart

Hot Water Is Necessary Stayed one night as I was in town for business. The staff was very friendly and the cost was reasonable. The rooms could have used a little extra cleaning and the towels were moist. The room was very cold and took a while to heat up, same with the shower in the morning. Also, housekeeping just coming into my room at 8:45 am without knocking was a bit surprising.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Rooms were awesome. Breakfast was the best I've had in places like this. The service was top shelf. The staff greeted us with open arms. They were very inviting. I felt safe during my time there. You couldn't ask for anything more.

Cancelled/Still Charged Me/Dirty Sheets Cancelled my hotel stay 6 months in advance and they still charged my card. Contacted the manager 5 times over a 5 day period and she never responded to me. Basically said, "Nothing I can do." I had to contact my bank and my lawyer. In a previous stay in 2021 I contacted the manager because of dirty sheets, a broken window, no towels, and no remote control. She pushed me off until I raised hell in the lobby and told people not to stay here. I am an IHG Diamond Elite member, which means nothing to these people. I will no longer be a Diamond Elite member and will never stay at this dump again. Take some pride in what you do.

Do not stay here I have stayed at this property probably 10 times in last 12 months. Everything is bad. Food, check in, gym stinks, bed sucks. The experience has become progressively worse to the point where I went to check in tonight, got hassled by crazy rude night check in person and I canceled my future reservations and will never stay here again.
