Housekeeping is great! The room was clean. Hotel was quiet. I slept amazing. But the best thing that happened- I left my kindle in the room and didnt realize it until several hours after I left. I called the next morning and it had been turned in to lost and found. I'm so very thankful for honest housekeeping.

Unclean and unprofessional cleaning staff Attended for a conference. There was a roach crawling in the shower. I thought it was a coincidence, but my coworkers had roaches also, which was disgusting. The last morning, housekeeping walked in while I was using the restroom. It was 9:45am, check out is 12pm. She never knocked and came straight in my room. I was appalled. When I yelled at her to get out, she asked me when I was going to leave. When I confronted her in the hallway, she smirked and laughed as I walked away. I asked for management to call me so that I could notify them, but they did not. I also asked for a survey, but the front desk attendant said they do not send surveys.

HHS review We went for a wedding at Anthony’s chapel. This hotel had no amenities (pool, hot tub or gym). The mai. Issue was no cleaning lady coming around. We had trash in our room no o e picked up. We ended up leaving a day early because we didn’t have clean towels. The front office staff were apologetic.

Great stay, highly recommended! Comfy beds, delish breakfast, coffee for every taste (even a cold coffee machine!) safe area, safe parking garage, clean rooms, pretty reception area, beautiful (local?) art hanging in the lobby. Staff was all fantastic--Hope and Angie were on it with helpful information and a warm smile. Robbin is the nicest valet and bellman ever, and he deserves alllllll the tips you give him! He went above and beyond. One slight issue with our plumbing but when I called down to the front, Angie said she'd send someone and not 10 minutes later the issue was fixed! Great customer service from all employees, clean rooms, sweetest housekeeping staff, and I'm just thrilled with this little gem we found! I Will definitely be back.

Very convenient The room Was a good room but I was missing a floor towel and breakfast was not very good. Thier was not much to choose from. And the food was very bland and no flavor. Not many drinks to choose from either. I don't know how much more to write. This is bull crap it having to be this long.
