If you find yourself in town and require a suitable location to unwind, I highly recommend visiting this establishment; it is an Our visit was centered around relaxation, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The atmosphere was serene and inviting, allowing us to unwind fully. The outstanding hospitality provided by Lynette, Clara, and Mo truly made our experience remarkable. Their attentive and friendly service added a personal touch that elevated our stay, ensuring that every moment was enjoyable and memorable.

This time was not a good experience. I called to make this reservation while traveling to Hot Springs AR. and was told they had a room available & booked the room. What I wasn't told was they were remolding and the room I was given was directly under the construction. $50.00 extra was added to my room charge of $200.00 room/tax charge for "incidentals" room damage, charges & etc. Our room very outdated: dirty, torn carpet, the couch had a hole in it as well as the arms of it and the chair were very dirty and worn. We stopped at the desk to advised of the condition of the room and we were informed it on the list to be remolded. What sounded like a jack hammer above the room as well as in the lobby. I asked when we could expect this to stop and was told 6:00pm and shouldn't start again until 9:00am. No offer to move us to another room, (cleaner). If I had been informed this was going on when I made the reservations I would have chosen another hotel. Breakfast was good & bedroom was clean which is why I gave them a 2

ok for one night, nothing nice though Old and tired hotel which needs renovation. Room was just old. Breakfast was terrible and seemed not very sanitary at all. Could be walking distance to the center but we didn't feel safe walking around there. Probably it's OK for one night but don't expect much.

Terrible We cannot believe this is a Hilton property. We stayed here three nights recently because we stayed at the same property few years ago and it was great. This time not so much. The closet door in the room was missing, the bathtub had obvious stains, the carpet was loose, had wrinkles and a huge stain that looked like someone spilled coffee. The room smelled sour, had insects crawling about and the room was not serviced the day before we checked out. We reported this to two hotel staffers by text message and they apologized using the excuse that the hotel is 21 years old and soon to be updated. The problem is not the age of the hotel, it is that problems have not been addressed when they appeared. In addition, the breakfast was mediocre at best and happy hour snacks were almost nonexistent. No one offered to find a better room for us or refund some of the $804 we spent for what we thought was an upscale hotel. We cannot recommend this hotel nor will we stay there again.

Stained carpet and furniture and uncomfortable mattresses Service was great, location is nice if attending a convention, but the hotel needs a massive update. The carpet and furniture is worn and stained. I sneezed twenty times as soon as I walked in the room. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever in any hotel where I've ever stayed. First and last time to stay here. Way over priced!
