Nice location I stayed here spontaneously, wanted to stay extra night and it was my last night in Airbnb. I was able to get a room , staff was very friendly, the rooms were ok, big windows. It is a very old building , but it they remodeled it , probably the best hotel in Hot Springs. There is a restaurant and bar. It’s right on Main Street across from bathhouse row. There’s restaurants, shops and bars next door, don’t have to walk far, not sure if it’s pet friendly didn’t see any. I would recommend this hotel.

Dated with construction Older hotel, room was clean except for washcloth slung over shower curtain. The tub was old and stained. The door had big at the bottom. They moved us to different room. The next was a little better. The front staff in the evening was very helpful and polite. It is convenient, downtown. Good restaurants nearby but the hotel restaurant is closed as is the spa, pool, workout room. Construction started at 7:00 AM. I am recommending you wait until construction is done. It shows potential.....

Excited about the renovation Here with my husband for a last-minute weekend get-away. We’ve stayed here before and did find the hotel very dated and “tired,” but overall clean and comfortable. Checked in late last night without reservations and received $10 off each night from the initial quote. The concierge was very welcoming and told us all about the renovation that’s in progress and the plans for the property. The ceilings have already been renovated and are now finished concrete that will really go with the industrial loft look that they’re going for. We were informed right away that the spa and pool are closed right now, due to the reno, but we never use the hotel spas in Hot Springs anyways since we prefer the Quapaw Bathhouse. The renovation should be complete by the end of the summer and we can’t wait to come back and see how it turns out!

Ms Do not stay here. It is one of the worst places to stay. Hotel is under construction and is not ready guest. After being out all day, our key cards did not work and when we did get in our room it had not been cleaned. No phone to call housekeeping. Front desk swore our room had been cleaned. Just find somewhere else to stay. We paid to much for this type of service.

WONDERFUL STAFF!!!! I was unable to make my stay but the staff (Norb and Kimberly) were so wonderful with my questions and needs. I can't wait to stay here and see all the renovations and hopefully meet this wonderful staff!
