Very satisfied. The area was very nice, clean, and quiet. We stayed in a one bedroom studio but there was a queen sofa sleeper bed. There was a full size refrigerator also a stove top but no oven. Everything else was provided... pots, dishes, utensils, etc. There was a laundry right outside our door.

Hot Springs Village The hospitality of the staff from the entrance gate the seamless checkin was wonderful. The hotel was more like a condo very spacious, clean, well stocked kitchen. The decor was beautiful, whirlpool tub and shower, comfortable bed. Our balcony faced Lake Desoto as we requested. My birthday celebration was great.

Nice & Cozy Very nice “condo” type of stay. Thought I’d booked a small cabin but was in a condo, still a good stay. The place was a bit dated (ugly wall paper) low shower head, and carpet where tile would be expected (the carpet was fine just a bit odd that it went all the way into the kitchenette). Bed was firm, and the place is quiet and has great views. We certainly plan on returning.

Chilling At Lagos Very professional staff willing to help no matter what you need.They go out of their way to make sure your needs are handled.Great price and very nice suites.This is our third trip and it won’t be our last.Very quiet and secure.Thanks to staff !!!!

Great Great place to stay and explore what Hot Springs Village has to offer. Absolutely beautiful and the staff is wonderful. Everything you need to relax and enjoy the great views of the lakes and everything that the Village has to offer. The condominium has a big terrace and is very well maintained and equipped. I greatly recommend.
