a bit pricey for what it has to offer I was surprised of not having my room cleaned during my 3 nights stay, which even in the simplest places I've stayed this was something very basic to be provided. I was upset of not being informed of the facilities around the hotel, like the gym, scale availability, even the water in the corridors was something that no one bothered to mention. These details and lack of information minimize the idea of ​​a good stay. The room has no minibar and lack of good acoustics. Besides that, one receptionist was very friendly and kind to me (the morning I was leaving) and the hotel is super well located. This place meets 90% of everyone's basic needs and comfort.

Excellent Absolutely surprised by size of apartment, super cute, very home like, and the bed was AMAZING!! I didn't want to get up and do what I went to Houston for, just wanted to stay cozy in the bed. It's a self check in at kiosk where you make your own key and assigned a room. Helpful elevator tip because I want informed: there are 2 elevators. 1 for floors 1-11, and AROUND the corner, 12+. you have to use your key first, then select your floor for it to work. I was on the 12th floor and heard very little street noise!

Brennon brennon was so helpful and so nice! we couldn't find the ice machine and he brought us to it. such a gentlemen! he also gave us the best recommendations on food near by! he also offered to help us find a ride to and from the stadium we were going to concert to. 100/10 for Brennon

What is this, a hotel for ants? TINY rooms! The smallest I've ever stayed in and the highest price per square foot. You can hear any level of noise from adjacent rooms, even quiet conversation. Stay anywhere else if you have the option. They don't offer room service, the shower and toilet leaked, the carpet needs to be replaced, and I had a lovely view of a parking garage where the train would go by every 20-30 minutes. Bring ear plugs and pack light! There isn't room for more than a carry-on suitcase in the room. It's difficult to even get around the bed. The only saving graces are the bed is decent (if you like it on the firm side like I do), they have good bathroom products, and the cold filtered water dispenser right outside my door was nice. I'd never stay here again given any other option.

A Comfortable and Pleasant Stay I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Houston, and I was very pleased with the experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist, which made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Additionally, the common areas, such as the lobby and relaxation spaces, were equally well-maintained. The hotel's location is excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and with easy access to the city's main attractions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Houston!
