Keep scrolling for something better Bad. Workers speak broken English. We had to stay here due to a flight cancellation. Don’t bother coming. Stay anywhere else. Door next to my room had been kicked in, mold on shower curtain, door lock was broken and missing screws, smells like old trash. This is a cheap hotel that airlines have a cheap contract with so they do nothing to maintain this place.

Don't stay, run!! I was given a voucher from American Airlines after a canceled flight. After seeing the room, I decided not to stay. The room was smelly, moldy areas, and felt damp. The attached photo is the "cleaned" toilet but as you can see it was very dirty.

Stay away from this HORRIBLE place! This place is TERRIBLE and the staff and service is even worse. I stayed at this hotel because my United flight was canceled due to a storm and the airline gave me a voucher. I wish I had taken the time to read the awful online reviews this place has and instead gone to another hotel even if that meant paying for it out of my own pocket. Shame on United Airlines for partnerning up with this hotel that obviously does not care at all about customers and clearly are just trying to make money out of desperate, exhausted people whose flights have been cancelled and are looking for a safe place to stay for a night or two. The worst part was that in the morning, there was NO ELECTRICITY and the hotel did not have any back up plan. Our rooms got so hot and the guests started coming down to the lobby. All windows and doors in the lobby remained closed so it felt like we were suffocating. It was borderline inhumane; but the staff did not seem to care at all. They did not even offer us a cup of water or let us use their phones to try to book another hotel. There was a lady from the staff speaking on her phone very loudly (personal call) and did not care about the customers. Additionally: - The hotel's shuttle took forever to pick us up from the airport in comparison to other hotels' shuttles. I waited for almost 50 minutes. On top of that, when the shuttle arrive, it smelled absolutely disgusting, and both the check engine light and the low tire pressure light were on. These people clearly do not care about safety. - When I arrived to the hotel, the lobby smelled even worse thatn the shuttle. I realized that the business is run by a family, and they do not seem to know anything hospitality and customer service. The ladies at the front desk were plain rude. - There is no restaurant, so if you get there late at night and there is a storm and no UberEats/DoorDash available, get ready to starve. They just have some questionable snacks and drinks. - The elevator seems to be lacking maintenance. They also seem to be trying to save money on air conditioning, so the hallways are HOT. It was hard to breathe while trying to get to my room. - The room smelled bad. The pillows smelled terrible. It was disgusting. I did not want to touch anything. - As I mentioned above, next morning, THERE WAS NO ELECTRICITY and they did not have a back up plan. They offered NO ASSISTANCE to the customers whatsoever. Some people did not have good signal to make phone calls or use internet to book a hotel or even an Uber to get out of there, but the hotel staff did seem to have signal and even so they did not helped us. I was lucky enough to be able to book another hotel and call an Uber and leave. I am going to file a complain with United Airlines.

This place is a DUMP I picked this hotel because United listed it as a “Premium” hotel. I arrived just after midnight due to a cancelled UA flight. When I arrived the entrance door was closed and there is a phone to the left of the door. I picked it up and it rang and rang and rang. As I peered to though the doors I saw to gentlemen sitting in the lobby eating. Apparently one of the guys works there and saw me standing at the door and continued to eat his food. He finally got up and manually opened the door to let me in. First impression not good then I took a good whiff is the hotel. There was an odd smell. Moving on the guy checking me in was not friendly at all. Asked to see my voucher. Verified some numbers and gave me my room key. My room. That is a different story. AC did not work very well no smoke dector in the ceiling and the bed looked dirty. There was stains on the sheet. I ended up sleeping on the little couch they have in the room as I was too tired to complain. The place is a total dump and I plan to write to United and recommend they do not send passengers there

Rude receptionist My flight was delayed, and I chose Radisson among the 3 options United gave me. Radisson was marked as “Premium”. What a joke! A receptionist on the July 15th at 4:30am was so rude when asked about the line for the shuttle van. He wasn’t wearing a badge. He raised his voice to me with no reason. I was never so mistreated in hotel like this. He said his name was Rodger. Shame on you, Radisson. You should pay attention to the comments you get here. Even at your webpage it´s hard to find the field to complain about it. As I seen here it´s not only me that have problems at this place.
