Absolutely fantastic beautiful hotel and stay My recent stay at The Whitehall was exceptional. The hotel's lobby exudes an inviting atmosphere with a delightful scent that instantly sets a welcoming tone. The front desk staff, particularly Shirley and Manager John, were incredibly attentive and responsive to my inquiries via text messages. Their prompt communication ensured a smooth and hassle-free experience. Overall, The Whitehall provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and pleasant ambiance.

Great staff, clean rooms, awesome bar options Stayed here for a cheer competition. I loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff is very nice and attentive! Mrs. Shirley was the sweetest. The bar drinks were great also. I love that this place offers valet parking which was very convenient for my family’s stay.

One night stay One night stay for downtown Christmas party. Great rate for one night. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday days. The pillows and bed super comfortable. One night stay was well worth it. Bathroom little small. Plenty of space in n the room for two people.

Great service The Service at the hotel is the best! Natalie was helpful and quite funny! I ordered the short rib grilled cheese and an old fashion … very very good! The atmosphere was also very welcoming . Will definitely be back the next time I am in Houston :)

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in!! One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in!! I was here for a workshop for my job. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds so comfortable! During the workshop, they fed us breakfast and lunch each day, with a variety of drinks and snacks available all throughout the day. My husband and toddler joined me in the hotel at night and they went the extra mile with providing a small gift from "Santa" for my little girl. The place was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need right there on the premises (a full bar, restaurant, coffee bar, etc.). I will definitely be returning.
