Nightmare Hotel I have been staying at this hotel on and off for over a year and half. Every single stay has been a nightmare. The false evacuation alarms going off for 3 nights will end up fatal. There was zero reasoning the first two nights we all left the building. On the third night I did not even bother to leave my room. There was only one elevator that worked and at one point I was stuck with 8 people which the limit is 5 but no one seemed to care about the weight limit. This place is not a fancy hotel. From no cold water to no a/c. My room was left open and unlocked after the cleaning lady came. I feel unsafe every single time. Though being gated there still is issues with cars and people running into the gates. It truly is a shame how I try to give them the doubt with having new management but nothing has changed.

Don't let the chandeliers fool you! My sister and I came for a mid week getaway and we initially blown away by how gorgeous the hotel was upon first sight. Unfortunately the beauty of the lobby and the ballroom was overshadowed by the only elevator that goes past the 3rd floor (of a 10 floor hotel) that was out of service for the majority of the trip. The first time it happened, we brought it to staff's attention and she said they were "working" on the elevator and lead us to the service elevator in the employee only area. Eventually the elevator was "fixed", only to be out of service again but the end of the night. Apparently, holding the door open for too long triggers the automatic shut off feature and the elevator has to be reset **every single time** it happens, which appears to be all day long. Too bad no one who works there seems to care enough to either take notice of the people who are gathered around the elevator waiting to go to their rooms on high floors, or to put a sign up that says do not hold the door open. Did I mention that the other working elevator only goes to one side of the 2nd and 3rd floors? It was such a ridiculous inconvenience and i was only on the 4th floor, and talking with other guests who were on higher floors, it was no picnic for them either. I can't even imagine how it must be for guests with limited mobility and physical disabilities. I literally can't even get into the bathroom light that flickered off and on for my whole trip, or the trays of food that were in the hhallways when we arrived and sat there for like 24 hours because we were told by the front desk you have to call house keeping for them to provide services. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Over the top Hotel When I was looking at this hotel, this is a newly branded Hilton Hotel. They did a great job with guest service and honoring me as a diamond member. The hotel is very glitzy with diamond chandeliers, high ceilings, bright lights. The pool is a large horseshoe and very enjoyable to sit outside at the several tables having a drink. I love that they had a guard for the parking lot. Food was good in the dining room and service was prompt. I do believe they might have missed remodeling the elevator, as it was all black walls and black ceiling with some red lights; it appears from the 1970's lounge.

Room not worth it at any price- This hotel is an embarrassment to the Doubletree and Hilton name. I am embarrassed I didn’t do my homework; I should have never booked a room here! Run away from this hotel, very expensive and certainly not worth it. Pay to park, pay to drink morning coffee (room coffee maker broken), no towel racks in bathroom, room experience not good at any price! A/C temp preset on timer, room warm and stuffy. Front desk ignored our repeated requests for assistance. Do not consider this place, pay attention to the terrible reviews—-

Very expensive, not worth it. We will never stay here again. Big mistake, worn out decor, bad front desk service, parking costs $10-$20 daily, restaurant loud, everything loud. Much better hotels close by. This place is very unusual.
