Superb!! The valet team at doubletree greenway plaza were exceptional courteous and super helpful and willing to do what it took to accommodate my stay. Thank you for making it very convenient and easy to deal with!!!! They helped me getting in to and out of my vehicle even when I need to grab an item I had left behind. I know we customers can be fit sometimes but these guys made me feel like It wasn’t a problem so thank again to this team and what they do for the over all experience here at the Hilton Doubletree Greenway plaza!

Do not stay at this hotel! Do not stay at this hotel. It is terrible. There was no heat in the room. In fact my room was cold as an icebox when I arrived at 10:00 pm. It took maintenance almost til midnight to fix it. Their room service menu said they served til 11:00 pm. When I called at 10:15 to order they said their kitchen closed at 9:30. You couldn’t even get a cup of tea. The bed was so soft you could hardly lie on it w/o sinking in. I was up all night. I will never stay there again.

Great experience Great service and valet are very helpful both amine and Sam, we were greeted and helped to front desk. The people are very friendly and helped us with our luggage and room. The hotel is in the middle of a great area that’s busy but also quite at night time

Great valet and staff We had a great time here , the staff was friendly and welcoming. A special salute to the valet parking staff, Armine, Kylian and of course, Charles. The guys always were friendly and helpful with smiles . The valet parking service is well worth considering considering the parking hassles

Valet Charles was great with valeting our vehicle! Highly recommend using valet when visiting this hotel! Within 5 mins of me requesting my vehicle it was ready to go. Even with all the foot traffic going in and out of the hotel they were moving rather quickly.
