Intriguing I came here with my lover. And I was not satisfied with my stay. Hotel room wasn’t ready and very dirty. But valet (Ayana) was amazing and very patient with all the confusion that was going on . Even recommended an amazing place for us to eat at. Won’t come back sorry

Great stay! Great staff! Arrived at the hotel pretty late in the evening but everyone still seemed cheerful and inviting. Valet offered me help as I pulled in and was respectful! Ms. Tamyra checked us in and was very pleasant to deal with. She was warm and inviting and started off our wonderful stay. I absolutely love the layout of the room and the balcony! I will definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends and family.

Double Tree Galería Great employees at the hotel always making you feel welcomed . And let’s not forget the warm cookies. Today Tamyra made my day. I’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel when I come back to Houston. Will recommend to friends, family and co workers.

Friendly Staff!! I was in Houston with my husband and kids for a few days and this hotel was in the perfect location for all the great restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond. The room was clean and comfortable. The perfect size for my family.
