Great experience. My family and I stayed here for a couple of weeks and it was great! All the staff was very helpful. But I have to say Ms. Lajonda was the friendliest of them all. She is very understanding and will work with you any way possible. If she not a manger she need to be. I would tell anyone that this is a great place to stay. Thanks all.

Stay AWAY from This Place The place is in a sketchy part of town. The lobby was closed when I arrived a little after 11 pm. The cord phone provided in the ante-lobby (which smelled of urine) was dead, I was unable to communicate with anyone, and including calling on my cell phone. I could not get into the lobby and no one came out. I ended up here after a flight cancellation, but was never able to stay after paying for full night. They never provided the service, I had to to back and sleep in the airport. The hotel kept my money. Thiefs!!!!

Bad and ugly service To Whom It May Concern, I hope this message finds you well. I booked a room for one night on the 14th of February (Res #: 3190012762) for one of my employees, Hany Asaad at the Extended Stay America – The Woodlands (150 Valley Wood Rd, The Woodlands, TX 77380). The hotel front desk receptionist would not allow Mr. Asaad to check in because he did not have his own credit or debit card that night, although he did have his DL. I asked the lady receptionist if I could e-mail or fax her my business credit card that I initially booked the room with, along with my DL and a signed authorization form. I also told her that I was 150 miles away and needed to book a room for my employee for business related reasons. Unfortunately, she kept refusing my requests and insisted that Mr. Asaad present his own credit card. Hany slept in his car that night. She also made it a point to cite a US law regarding this and said, “In the US we don’t do that.” Obviously due to the fact that my accent is pretty strong. For her to go that far was extremely disrespectful. As an ex-business owner, this sort of nonsense would have never been tolerated. Thank you for your time and diligence in this matter.

Great place to stay ! When I checked in it was a great experience the front desk person had great customer service. I stayed here a couple days it was a great stay staff was great! Rooms are really nice and spacious, I would definitely stay here again !

Home __ I can't say enough about this property or the staff here. They're just amazing to say the least. The property is always quiet. The staff is always available nd more then willing to help make ur stay as "homely" as possible. Everyone goes out of there way to help, I just absolutely love it here! Thank you to all the staff here, I can't thank you enough for always going the extra mile as well as keeping the property quiet and safe __
