Hotel Room Without a Toilet??? Checked into the hotel and immediately left for dinner. Returned at 9 pm to find the room had no working toilet and the toilet was not connected to plumbing. I notified the front desk and was told no rooms available to move to. The staff was rude. I spent the night and went to work the following morning. When I returned to manage the problem, I was locked out of the room. The management told me I could access the room for 15 minutes to leave. I booked another room at a Marriott and left. The told me no refund for my entire 3 night stay would be allowed. I tried to contact their corporate office. No reply. I did contact American Express and they declined the entire charge. Things like broken plumbing can happen but rude staff can't be tolerated and no return call. Do Not Book This Brand.

Magnificent Customer Service First, LaTanya was very polite, professional and knowledgeable of the FEMA checking in process! She went above and beyond to make sure my reservations went through and even helped me! When I got to the room Ms Sandra was still cleaning! However she told me I could come in while she finished my room! She was excellent with her service and we even had a conversation on life! Overall I’m happy with my experience while just checking in and I’m looking forward to my stay now and the future!

The worst hotel of my life... The worst hotel of my life... I arrived on July 3 at 11:50 PM and the hotel's front door was closed... I had to call the front desk to let them open it and no one answered. A guest opened the door for me and after waiting about 15 minutes, someone appeared to check me in. Everything, absolutely everything seemed like something out of a horror movie, walls, elevator hallways. The room had almost no lighting, the furniture and lamps bought from the Salvation Army, all old and disgusting. Breakfast? HaHa a coffee maker in the lobby. The worst of the worse.

Do not recommend The room looks clean but floor was dirty, we left and came back and roach on cabinet. We asked for dishes, but were limited on dishes and No pots and pans. So it defeated having a kitchenette.Outside traffic of people were in and out at night that don’t stay there, they are also sitting around at night on property. The marjuana smell was so strong outside and in the halls the smell came into our room. We left for doctor appointment and came back to a car that was stripped of its wheels and tires and bashed windshield that happened during the day. The officer taking the report stated that that area was a bad area.

Economical and clean. I went there for a medical procedure. Doctor's office was around the corner. Large room, breakfast was nothing to write home about but it was coffee and that's all I need. Unfortunately the lights went out in the storm and the management refunded one of our nights stay. Very pleasant and adequate for what I needed. Restaurants nearby were great and within walking distance.
